The quality of the products at Cleanse & Co is incredible from the crystals to the candles handmade, the sprays absolutely everything is beautiful it blows me away every time I get a package! It is my one stop shop!
Not to mention the customer service is outstanding, they are always more than willing to help you with any questions or concerns & go above & beyond for their customers & treat you like a family. I can not speak more highly of the company!
Very dishonest seller. Photos seem to be photoshopped (see attached pics). Also ignores emails and Instagram messages and pretends she never received emails and dms. Finally was able to get this company to reply. I found the replies to be nasty and unprofessional. When asked about the photo advertised she said she holds the items a certain way to make them look bigger. I actually tried to do this (see pics) and was unable to. I do think the photos are photoshopped. Even if they were not she tries to make the items look bigger than they actually are. I have read previous negative reviews with similar experiences. There is also no option to leave reviews on their website or Facebook. False advertising and really bad customer service.
Stunning, aesthetic products & unique, quality crystals that take my breath away every time I receive a package! Definitely my go to for new crystals, especially when they include crystal healing properties cards with every crystal.

IF YOUR NOT IN A HURRY AND LIKE TURTLE SPEED SHIPPING, then by all means purchase from them, it's the worst super slow shipping I have ever had!, Ive been waiting 5weeks on my order and still nothing, come on, get ya s. I ordered a gift which has taken twelve days to be posted. It will not be here for Christmas. I sent one email asking why it hadn't been despatched. I sent another asking for cancellation because of poor service and no response. I then contacted PayPal asking them to cancel. Next day still no contact but message that said posted. I don't need this gift because I had to buy a replacement gift because of poor service, which of course means I have paid out twice. Shocking for an Australian company and I always try to buy in Australia.

This shop is absolutely beautiful I have shopped with cleanse and co on many occasions (like I have a slight addiction) the crystals are next level each one is so beautifully unique and they hold so much energy. The candles and beautiful and smell divine and love filling my space with the beautiful aromas and it's even better at the end of the candle I love cleaning out the crystals and adding them to my collection or I gift them to a friend. Haley the shop owner is such a beautiful person and I love how much time love and energy she puts into her products and business (thank you Haley for being such a beaming light) I can not recommend this shop enough xx

This company is not a good fit for anyone who expects their business to be honored.
I was extremely patient, kind, and looking forward to even the late delivery of my product.
But it was never shipped, and no one ever answered my multiple emails regarding the status. I asked for a refund. No response. Multiple emails with my order details--not a single one was ever answered.
I talked to the owner on Instagram before she said she would check on it, and then she blocked me so I can't access her page. There is no place to leave reviews.
So basically they took my money, and never shipped my product. I have proof of that. Instead of connecting with me to resolve it, they tried to ghost me. So now I'm taking it up with my credit card company. I really would not wish this experience on any one else. I will never buy from here again.
This type of work ethic dishonors the many people who keep ethics and morality at the forefront of their business.
