Clarks

I made a purchase of some shoes on the clarks website with the following order number -CL-EU-*******.
I had to return them on 29/09 and until today, 20/10 I still haven't received the refund.
I contacted customer support several times and they tell me that the case is complex and they are dealing with it.
I don't understand how returning an item can be so complex that it takes 1 month to refund the customer.

My rate is 1 star for quality and for customer service. I bought Leisa Daisy Woman Sandals, and wore it less 2 months. The sole cracked inside. The customer service refused to exchange the defective sandals, just give 50% discount for new purchase. Never buy in future.

If you are thinking of buying a very comfortable shoes, clarks a British brand shoes would be a best option... the have very good quality and comfort.

All time favorite brand for the footwear. Clarks Shoes are just amazing. I really liked their latest designs that looks cool and classy. They are leading innovators in footwear. They Offers Originals collection with huge discount. Excellent service. Always satisfied with the premium quality.

I could shop in different stores for shoes but the one I can always rely on is Clarks.
Their customer service is great and will tell you how to protect your shoes, quality has never been a problem with me, infact for my slightly wide feet, their standard D size works great. They also offer a no-hassle refund policy incase you do want to return an item. I must confess that I feel a tad guilty about piling on Clarks shoes whilst the old ones dont seem to give up that easily. :)

Ordered a pair of high heeled Clarks shoes, received a pair that look like they came from a pound shop. Have contacted Clarks who say that this is not one of their websites. First time I have been conned, usually wise to what goes on on the web but my craving for these shoes seems to have broken through my minds firewall. Contacted the website they eventually responded when I contacted them through the billing company, (Billingsupportsystem.com), which going by other forum members is a con as well for Chinese companies to process your money. Clarks say they have a had few complaints about this website and will look into it. Hmm not sure they are that bothered otherwise you would think that their Facebook site would have a warning about it! Checked on a Domain site, now it is to late; it says it is only active for 1 year and the same ip address has another two conning websites attached to it for Nikes in a America. I will now try getting a refund from the Credit Card company, see I'm not totally stupid, just a pity it was my boyfriends I used, could do without even more stress, as he will have to be the one contacting them! By the way on the billing website the responder for Clarksshoes.com was a company called "Good D Trade Ltd" and the payment notification says it will come on the bill as "True Vendor *******048"

Always great consistent good quality and there are different styles for everyone. (For me as a teenager, my mum and grandma.)
The shoes are all really comfortable and the souls are padded and feel heavy showing their quality.

The return policies are really good, so I often buy shoes in 2 sizes online.
The sales by Clarks are worth looking through as the shoes get heavily discounted.

Never had anything but good experiences with Clarks and all the products have been nothing but well made, comfortable and great quality.
