I made a purchase of some shoes on the clarks website with the following order number -CL-EU-*******.
I had to return them on 29/09 and until today, 20/10 I still haven't received the refund.
I contacted customer support several times and they tell me that the case is complex and they are dealing with it.
I don't understand how returning an item can be so complex that it takes 1 month to refund the customer.
