My order **************261 was not delivered and CJ refused to solve the issue. I contacted them months ago. But they force customers to wait for 60 (or 45 days) to open a dispute. But the order is already closed after 60 days. So there is no way to open a dispute! They do not follow their own refund policy. When I talked to their agent Cole about it, he asked me for proof from USPS. This is ridiculous. There is nothing about such proof in their refund policy.

Also, order **************763, they shipped a defective product but refused to send a new one. Their quality check doesn't work at all. They accept disputes only 3 days after the parcel is delivered. But it is very common that a customer receives their parcel several days after tracking records say "delivered". So there is no way to dispute it! Why only 3 days? Why don't they take responsibility for their faults? (Btw. We in the EU have to guarantee the quality of products for 2 YEARS from the purchase)

CJ's processing time and also shipping is fast. But if something happens to your order, they treat you like dirt.

For 1382758168802762763 delivered on Apr. 28th, and disputed on May. 24th, we are sorry that it's hard to define the damage and handle it after one month passed. Because of those Fake positive reviews, I've giving Cjdropshipping a try. I bought from them 3 times and all of those 3 times have been negative. My first order was for a backpack and it took over 2 months to delivered. My second order was for 2 purses and necklace. Over 2 weeks later, it still hasn't ship out. I don't even know what's going on with the last order. Their 1 to 3 days processing is total BS. I even paid extra for faster delivery. Everytime I contact customer service their response is always "sorry for the delay Dear. We're working on it." Meanwhile, my customers are getting frustrated.

HORIBLE COMPANY CJ!

Hi guys i would like to let you know all how horrible is this company, how they suck your money and dont delivery items. If you don't want to put on risk your bussines DON'T EVEN TRY CJ!
So my story short- i did order 2 items with DHL 3-7day delivery. So i pay for PRODUCT AND SHIPPING. Product was dispatched so satisfied was waiting for arrival. So as you know 3-7 days delivery should be already in my hands, suprise came in 8th day of purchase day. "Lovely" letter from CJ team- dear your product is not going to be delivered becouse factory put wron product weight if you want item to be delivered pay extra 15 eur! Listen its not about money its about how they do business with others not bussines but rubbish. Ok i said i will not gona pay for you mistakes in case its CJ responsibility to check items they weight etc. I wouldn't mind mby if they would add this extra money on beginning when i was paying for purchase. Literally you are in danger if this order would go to your costumer, you would ask now extra money from your costumer? In case you already calculated all expenses! So dont try even this company if you dont want to take on risk your self, your bussines, your money and most important COSTUMERS! I can give alternative eprolo.com

The past few months I often used CJ to fulfill most of my orders for my online stores and so far the service has been great! They offer a lot of options, and they source products really fast. Connecting CJ to WooCommerce is also easy. Shipping times are quite accurate, but I had sometimes to deal with delays. They also offer a custom packaging option what is really great, but it could be improved when they offer to show the warehouse location on the products listing, at the moment I need to constantly ask my agent. Luckily the service is really great and my Agent (Vincy) helps me really well when I have any questions or things that need to be arranged.
