I've been using CJ for some time now, and I must say, aside from the extensive product selection in china, what truly stands out is the impeccable service. Along my journey, Karen Jiang has been incredibly supportive, consistently accurate, and unfailingly courteous. It's truly remarkable!

It would be helpful if CJ would fill the german warehouses ith useful products, so we could use some of them and the shipping time is less when selling in europe.

I had an order arrived damaged, opened a dispute, after not getting an answer contacted costumer support who told me it will be answered that day. I didn't get an answer that day either nor the following so I contacted them again and they said it's the weekend and the team won't be back till monday, when I asked for a link to leave a feedback they said 'please wait patiently' when I asked again they said the same thing, I sent an email to costumer support and they said that that is the correct way to reply.

Overall a really good drop shipping platform, efficient and professional.
However they would not deal with very simple product issue and you would be the one to absorb the all problem product cost. It will only leave you very little profit for all the work you put in.
I have never once succesfully get money back from CJ.

The past few months I often used CJ to fulfill most of my orders for my online stores and so far the service has been great! They offer a lot of options, and they source products really fast. Connecting CJ to WooCommerce is also easy. Shipping times are quite accurate, but I had sometimes to deal with delays. They also offer a custom packaging option what is really great, but it could be improved when they offer to show the warehouse location on the products listing, at the moment I need to constantly ask my agent. Luckily the service is really great and my Agent (Vincy) helps me really well when I have any questions or things that need to be arranged.
I wouldn't have been successful without Cj dropshipping, they are amazing.
