I was curious about this product. After using city lips for two weeks my lips look fuller and I see less lines

I really like the shine that this product provides. But I don't notice a tingling sensation or any plumping of the lips.

I didn't immediately notice a lot of difference. It seems a little thick. I would like something to really be softening too.
