This was my first time using Citizen Shipper, so we weren't entirely sure what to expect. We were routing our new puppy from the breeder to our trainer in another state amidst COVID-19 and many airlines ceasing to transport pets in the interim.
The platform was fairly straightforward to use you input in the details of your trip and then receive bids from various pet shippers. After receiving two different bids and communicating with these shippers regarding details, reading the reviews on Citizen Shipper and Google, we elected to pick one of the bids and had an easy experience. Remaining communication after booking the transport happens directly with your selected service. After the transport finished and the pup arrived, it was super easy to upload a review for our driver since she did a great job!

Citizenshipper was very easy to use.
After the posting went live I received a number of transporters bidding on my cargo. I continued to receive notifications until I settled on a transporter.
I was able to review each driver's rating/reviews from previous clients and choose the one that was best suited for my needs.
It was great to see the effort they put into screening their drivers before they are able to transport for them.
My cargo was picked up on time and delivered before the scheduled drop off, the driver kept me up to date on his trip.
I did try and book with other shippers on Facebook but found the vetting process to be more secure on citizenshipper.

I could not recommend CitizenShipper more! I received several quotes within the first hour of posting (for a trip over 1500 miles!) and was able to easily communicate with several drivers before choosing the best fit for my pup! Our transporters were wonderful, they got her to us exactly when they said she'd arrive & I always felt that she was safe the entire ride. The ability to ask several drivers about their individual process as well as accessing their profiles directly from their message made it so easy to feel comfortable in the decision we made. Such a great platform - very straightforward and allows you to create several searches. This was especially useful for our family as we were considering several different options in terms of transport. Other sites made us wait up to 3-5 days for a quote (and they were usually way too expensive with no reason why). Citizen Shipper allowed us to negotiate the price that was right for us and learn all of our options before we made a decision.

Easy to navigate and plenty of options. I was given multiple bids for transportation of my puppy from the breeder in Arkansas to me here in Washington state. I had a requested pick up date and bids just started to pile in. The people that I chose set up the pick up and the delivery time. Pick up was a week later and we ended up meeting with them on day 5 to pick up our puppy. She had taken her to the vet because of a change in her general condition. It ended up just being stress related from the number of days that she had been in the crate. The did call the next day to check in on how the puppy was doing. Which was nice. All in all I believe that they did a good job. I would definitely use citizenshipper for my future puppy shipping needs

Heis the absolute best! He took awesome care of 2 small baby puppies that have been thru so much. They were do well taken care of that by the time we got them they weren't acting like they were afraid of anything, but were prepared to take on the world! And even halfway potty trained! And only about 7 weeks old. Out transporter is awesome! Ask for Knine if you beed trustworthy, reliable pet care transport. Knine wont let you down. Coverage communication and pictures if their adventures along the way! Meeting him at the pick up just solidified my opinion. This guy is awesome!

Dog transport service

We just used CitizenShipper to ship our new puppy from FL to MA. We couldn't have asked for a better experience in locating a shipper to match to our route. We previously tried using UShip and never had any luck. With UShip it was hard to see reviews or the shippers and whether they were legitimate or not. With CitizenShipper the process was a breeze. The app is so user friendly and once I set up a profile, I was immediately texted and emailed with multiple quotes from highly praised shippers, bidding for our shipping job. It was so easy to communicate back and forth through the app. Also I liked how I could see their reviews and history of which routes they've done before, as well as pictures! It made us feel comfortable going with a shipper and placing our puppy's life in his hands. Once we secured the shipper and chose the one we wanted, we obtained his contact information and communicated via phone for the remainder of our puppy's trip. Our puppy arrived safe and sound, and our shipper provided us updates along the way. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and I highly recommend using CitizenShipper for your shipping needs!
