Stay far away from this company. Items take forever to get here... from China no less. No refunds given even though they say they have a refund and return policy "no problem," they imply. Ha! Shady, shady business. Save your money, as they will gladly take it and you get crap in return. Very poor quality, sized incorrectly. Foreign "customer service."
I agree with everything other reviews have said. I ordered two dresses and emailed them immediately about returning them - both terrible quality. They responded by asking me to take pictures and measurements and whole lot of other nonsense. I have followed up 3 times and have not heard back, guess I'll throw these dresses in the trash along with my money.
DO NOT BUY! Cindy Mod is an illegal operation that refuses to refund and whose clothing in reality is ugly and cheap. Save your money and don't deal with such criminals. Never buying from these cheap Chinese companies again they have no morals.
Ordered 3 dresses, sizing off on bust by 16 cm, sent email got a email back that made no sense. They offered a $5 refund on a $200 order. I sent dresses back and guess what. Attempted delivery, again, again. They come across as a US company but Chinese. They seem to have their own rules. Email address now undeliverable. Crap service and they don't give a Toss
Don't trust the photos and models wearing them. The quality was very poor and sizing was off. Threads were falling as if it just came off the production line and no QA. The print is poorly executed making the appearance more juvenile. Beware this is a horrible company that sells equivalent clothing!
I ordered 2 dresses and though one was great I wanted to return the second one because I did not like the fit on my body. After various emails, I realized that they were not going to provide a return and full refund. There requirements for proof of the dress not fitting right was impossible.
Do not buy from them.
I ordered 2 dresses--of course, like everyone else experienced here, they do not come like they appear nor are they made correctly to fit.
I tried several times to contact the company through the only means they offer... they never responded. I finally opened up a dispute with them through Paypal and even tried contacting the seller through the email provided therein---still no response.
Looking up online I found an address for receiving returns--so I sent the dresses back and have all the paper evidence.
Paypal could not rule in my favor since they can't even verify the address given that I sent the clothing back to.
Now I'm having to open up a dispute through my CC.
Many times people act rashly too quickly and they end up suffering for it... I gave this company many opportunities and benefit of the doubt--BE WARNED! DON'T BE FOOLED!

I didn't read any reviews foolishly before purchasing from Cindymod. The clothing is junk. Their return policy is false. The customer service responded to me but every response was from a different person and their responses were a runaround. Do not buy from this company, the bargain isn't worth the headache or the clothes themselves.
I ordered three dresses. Received two and then the other 2 months later. Dresses are poor quality and after various emails to try to obtain return addresses, have realised I wont get a refund. $160.00 AUD down the drain - TOTAL SCAM
Ordered 2dresses that look nice on image, received only 1 Awful dress after 45days waiting.
Sent the email to customer service to ask where is another one? Never got reply for a month now. Never buy from this site again
I ordered 7 dresses and paid over $200, received one and when I asked them where the other 6 were, after one week they advised me they were "out of stock" and did I want to wait? Told them to refund my money ASAP please. And after reading all these reviews, looks like I am out of luck. Will now have to see if my CC will refund. I plan on posting everywhere I can to earn others. Maybe BBB needs to know and whom ever else I can spread the news to. First time I was ever scammed by an online store. Shame on theses people!
I was so excited to try several (NINE!) dresses in different colors, styles, and sizes. When NONE of them fit properly they offered me an $8. Refund on my over $250. Order. Email run around, they just tell you over and over that you ordered a dress based on their size guide, so it MUST fit, by golly! Worst customer service. THEY DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS even though it states it on their website. THIS CO IS A SCAM. DO NOT order from them. I learned my lesson the hard way and now I am $250. Poorer. :(. :(

The quality of items was terrible. Fabric and sewing quality... I Requested a refund straight away. 6 weeks later with ongoing communication- and still no refund. The company will not provide a delivery address for me to return.
They continue to try and offer compensation of $30 for a total of my $180 order?!?
With a suggestion of gifting the items I don't like. They also suggest if I do return my items they may get lost as it needs to be sent back to China and a refund would take a long time?

The dress I bought was nothing like the picture! They do not give you the return address and they just say it's too expensive to return it and it willl get lost and offer to refund 10 dollars. I asked what if I needed to exchange for another size would I not be able to get another dress? They never answered. Dodgy company and very poor quality! DONT BUY!
I didnt want to give a star at all. I have been trying to get a refund for over a month now. I had a faulty item as well as two other items that didn't fit. Cost of order was just under $100. The compensation that they offered was $12. They wouldnt accept return of items. The two that didnt fit didnt measure what their site said, so that was their error but they wouldnt accept that. I have dealt with 5 different people and had the total run around, sending photos in and then at first being offered $6 for compensation! A refund should be the value of what you paid not a lower figure. The faulty item would cost more to get fixed than their compensation.
Should have found this site and read reviews.

The pictures on website are nothing like the actual material or same look. I emailed immediately to return it & got a run a around like everyone else on this site. They offered 5$ to me for 2 shirts & told me to give them to charity. I am ticked & am going to my bank to see if Visa is covered to return money on fraud. DONT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY! They should be in prison!
Extra to have it sent to a US postal box because it was faster than having it shipped to Canada, and yay! I got a message a few days later saying it had been picked up by a "Shipping partner". Well, now it's more than a week later, my event is tomorrow, and the USPS tracking number I was given tells me that it's still with the "Shipping partner" and hasn't even made it to a post office yet. I've had to spend another $70 on a different dress from a different company, because of the unreliable shipping estimates on your website - and now you won't respond to my e-mail asking for an update. I guess it says a lot that Cindy Mod doesn't appear to allow customer comments on their page...
I carefully read the Returns Policy for this site before I purchased the dress. It clearly states that they will exchange or refund within 30 days. The day I received the dress I tried it on, I didn't like it, it didn't fit properly so I contacted them to return it. That was a week ago, and I have a chain of emails where they are giving me the complete run around. They wanted me to take photos of the dress, the bar code, they wanted measurements. Ridiculous! Then they offered me a refund of $4 - for a dress that cost $39.99. They refuse to send me the address where I can return it but have told me it's in China and it will be 'very expensive' for me to post it. Also, they can't rely that the dress will not get 'dirty' in the postal system. Their English is very poor and half of the emails make no sense at all. To top it off, they have no where on their FB page where you can leave a review. They also block comments on the FB page. Warning enough!
I wish I read that earlier, I spent $200, they didn't send me all my items, quality so low, I received dress totally different then on picture. I was emailing with them and then they blocked me
