Chrono24

I purchased a watch and the co they were dealing with shipped the wrong watch. I contacted Chrono24 and received great service in returning the watch and getting the correct one. I had problems with the deployment clasp and had to go back and forth several times. They contacted the co for me and I received contact right away. They have great customer service and I could not be happier with my purchase.

This is in regards to the "Request Availability Information" button. As a buyer, if I click on this button, I want to be reassured the dealer has the item in his/her possession and can ship as soon as my payment clears or Chrono24 notifies the dealer it has received the money into the escrow account. Instead, the very next communication I receive from Chrono24 is the dealer is putting together an offer for the item. Which is exactly the same as clicking on the "Buy" button.

Upon making my initial purchase on Chrono24 I was a bit confused with the standing of the transaction and although reluctant to call Customer Service, I was blown away at the level of patience, detail, and care the Chrono24 Representative gave me. I understand that Chrono24 has a small-scale customer service staff and I absolutely appreciate that because this team of experts actually know Chron24's process, understand client concerns, and work quickly and directly with them to resolve all issues. Such direct and personable Customer Service is unfortunately no longer the norm for other companies, but it is certainly a reason for clients such as myself to become loyal customers who feel safe in knowing they are in good hands when making purchases on Chrono24.com.

Spotted an ad from Chrono24 for a Tag Heuer Carrera Tourbillon at a reasonable price. The ad stated that the watch was in good condition. Made and offer, offer accepted and watch arrives. Package includes the watch I sought still in its original purchased plastic protection. It may not be completely new but if not its hard to tell. With it came a Tag Connected smart watch and both were in a display cabinet with a spare leather strap, a charger for the Connected and a very elegant charging stand. Very pleased!

My experience with Chrono24 and Hachimura Watch Japan was excellent! The 14 day escrow approach is a great business model for buyers. Communication and paperwork from Chrono24 was excellent. The seller Hachimura Watch Japan provided extremely fast responses and pictures for my questions. They shipped by FedEx the same day I ordered the watch. I ordered it on Sunday night US time and it shipped Monday from Japan to Texas arriving on Wednesday! There was one online US customs form I had to complete as an individual buyer. The watch was very well packaged, brand new and exactly as described. I recommend Chrono24 and this seller and would order from them again.

On the process of buying a watch. Their escrow dept. seems to be a little to exaggerated when checking for documents. First time buying from this site (LAST TIME FOR SURE) so after making a pmnt I receive an email stating that I needed to send a copy/photos from ID and Credit Card used for pmnt. Although I understand the reason why I do not understand why I was asked to send a second picture due to the fact that there was reflection on the first pic. ID I sent. Picture was clear and they should not have been requested for a second one, after all they just need to make sure my personal info. Matches correct?
I am also paying for overnight delivery fee (close to $500) and per this company the "escrow dept" might take up to 6 days to confirm pmnt?
THIS IS A JOKE! Unless you have time to wait, I do not recommend using this site. I am not buying anything cheap, there for, I at least expect to know the details before making a purchase.

Was a bit apprehensive about buying a watch on Chrono24 after trying to work with a seller from the NL to purchase a watch band. But decided to give it another shot and bought my first Panerai via Chrono24. Had a bit of a hiccup with registering my credit card on the site, but got it sorted within 24 hours. Used the suggest a price function and it worked perfectly for both the seller and me. The seller was great to work with and very easygoing. The watch shipped internationally and tracking was supplied. I do highly recommend using Chrono24 for your watch needs.
