I have been a little reserved about marking such a big purchase through an App, but am glad i did... got my dream watch at a great price and i was very impressed of the process in which everything was done.
I have purchased two watches through Chrono24. They host private and retail sellers from around the globe, although most seem to be from Europe. Keep in mind that the "list" prices shown frequently do not reflect the cost of shipping or any custom duty that may apply. On the other hand, you may be able to negotiate each or all of the sales prices and any expenses with your seller. Chrono24 does charge a commission to the seller, but hosting the marketplace and providing escrow for the transaction entitles them to a reasonable fee. I recommend them.
I bought a Tag Heuer from one of their dealers on Chrono24. It turned out to be a fake. When I traded it in the new dealer found this out. I've written several emails with documentation etc but they are basically ignoring the complaint, saying this dealer is no longer with them and now does not trade. Apparently it's up to me to sort it out. I've lost £850 and what makes it worse is they have been happy to take several thousand off me in other watch purchases.
I've had several purchases through Chrono24 and they have all been flawless. Very safe and accurate. Buying a watch over the internet, and spending thousands is not easy at first, but Chrono24 has always delivered. I am very happy with their selection and service and would highly recommend shopping with them.

Chrono24 was able to get the dealer to communicate promptly during my purchase. Once the communication was established the sale moved quickly.
Bought a watch on Chrono24 and it just never showed up. Spent $750. Customer service said there is nothing they can do about it as they are not responsible for the shipping part of the process. Very fishy stuff going on there. Not ever sure what my options are. Buyer beware.
Be careful when you purchase thru Chrono24. Their platform has no recheck system if the watch is still with the seller at the time you press buy/purchase. International buyers will suffer from currency exchange conversion even the amount paid is fully refunded (in US$) when the deal is cancelled later because the watch was already sold to other people days before!
After 3 watch purchases on this platform, I'm getting more confident in the diligence Chrono24 puts into vetting dealers and their merchandise. I've had nothing but great experiences with the dealers, and any questions I had on using the platform were well answered by the team. I would recommend that anyone looking to purchase a watch online, be it new or used, consider Chrono24.
My $400 timepiece costs $300 to return. Much too costly. Seller excellent for correspondence; product delivered as described and promptly. No problem with Chrono24 other than return fees.
Buyer beware- it clearly states the possibility of high return cost... I didn't see it until I wanted to return item. My error!
Chrono24 is the place to find just about any watch you want. Their regulations for selling are stringent and they verify dealers. I have bought several high-end watches and have always been very satisfied. Also, a great place to do some research on pricing. As in any marketplace, some dealers tend to try to overcharge, so do your research.
This was my first venture in purchasing a watch online. I was Initially skeptical, did my homework on Chrono24 and decided to move forward.
All worked out. I would use this vendor again. I recommend signing up for the seven day refund/return option.
I have purchased a watch through this site in the past and was pleased. No longer. Just had a very bad experience with a seller who, as it turned out, was obviously trying to work a scam trying to convince me to send money to a third party paypal account. While this was going on, I tried to contact the site's customer support several times, over an 8-hour period, by phone and email and got no answer or reply.
After looking at other websites it became apparent that Chrono24 was far and away the best. The other sites had

I have no criticism of the outcome of this transaction, particularly in light of the fact that my mistake caused the problem. Chrono24 ultimately handled things in a timely (no pun intended) manner. My only issue is with the web interface being unclear and one is left without confirmation that messages to Chrono24 have been delivered. Those technical problems will hopefully be resolved. I think the marketplace is otherwise efficient and trustworthy and the fees are reasonable for what they deliver.
Really positive experience when buying 3 watches from the chrono24 website. Lots of variety from different sellers, escrow account is great for payment and really simple to use. Will be using again and would def recommend to others.
There are many fake watches from so called private sellers. Be aware! The New York office staff are rude and will not help you when you have any issues.
I just had a bad experience. A watch, I bought, was a fake one, and I phoned them to ask for help. They even never returned my emails and calls. All promises on line are all liars. They told me they were a German company, and no US law can do anything on them.

90% of the time when I call customer support in USA, I am asked to leave a message. Very difficult to resolve issues the same day. Sometimes phone does not even work. It feels like it's one of those virtual google phone numbers rather than a proper customer support desk.
Also, for my last purchase, seller issued a partial refund due to the fact that wrong size watch was sent. It took a week to see that partial refund back on my credit card. When a purchase is made credit card is debited immediately, no delay but when I have to get money back there is an unreasonable delay. I wish the partial refund automated messages were clear so that I did not have to email chrono24 support. Seems to me this process can be easily streamlined. Once seller authorizes partial refund, no reason for the system not to issue it automatically back on credit card immediately and notify buyer.
I was a bit skeptic about buying a $9k watch here but, after doing some research, I found that dealers who post real pictures (not stock) are more likely to be legit. Then the trusted check out gave me a bit more confidence and finally my dealer offered a 15 day return policy. All that have me the peace of mind I needed to go ahead with the purchase. I'm very pleased with the results because I was tired of waiting for the AD to call me with a watch option I liked.
Very frustrating that sellers are able to list items they don't have and can't even get. Multiple times I have come across a seller listing a product they don't have and can't get hold of. Additionally, I had issues submitting payment on the platform as their security protocol's conflicted with my bank card and the transaction wouldn't go through.
That being said, I have found very honest and friendly sellers both professional and private and made purchases that I am very satisfied with. Overall the platform gives you access to quality sellers and the goods are authentic. There are plenty of places I would not recommend, Chrono24 is definitely a site would.
