Everything was satisfactory; 4 out of 5 stars because my credit card would not automatically go through due to the volume of charge-backs, thus the CC company flagged the charge. This required a call and quite a few minutes of my time to verify the charge. If losers weren't trying to rip off Chrono24 dealers all the time, this wouldn't be an issue
I was very satisfied with the site's ease and performance in the process of finding watches and making a purchase. The site provides a great system for finding a watch that gives the ability to filter the search using every possible criteria. They also have an easy and convenient system for providing notifications for the watches that are in a customer's watchlist. Then, when it came to making a purchase, the entire process was seamless and everything went smoothly from communication to handling the sale and interaction with the dealer.
Kept me informed throughout the purchasing process. Made sure I received the item and that it was undamaged. Responded to my questions immediately. Purchasing process was secure and my funds were not distributed until I had received and approved the item.
Purchase a watch from them based no their buyer protection plan. After waiting months for watch their response was contact seller. That went no where as I was told to contact shipper. I asked for refund and Chrono dragged their feet and were always evasive. When I demanded a yes or no to my refund request I never received a response and never heard from them again.
Be careful l, don't sell your watch in Chrono24 platform, I have sold my watch in 13/6/2023, watch delivered and buyer authorized the payment on 17/6/2023, until today I didn't receive my money with almost 60 days, after hundreds of emails and phone calls I felt myself in a big circus without any solution to transfer my payment

I purchased a watch and the co they were dealing with shipped the wrong watch. I contacted Chrono24 and received great service in returning the watch and getting the correct one. I had problems with the deployment clasp and had to go back and forth several times. They contacted the co for me and I received contact right away. They have great customer service and I could not be happier with my purchase.

This is in regards to the "Request Availability Information" button. As a buyer, if I click on this button, I want to be reassured the dealer has the item in his/her possession and can ship as soon as my payment clears or Chrono24 notifies the dealer it has received the money into the escrow account. Instead, the very next communication I receive from Chrono24 is the dealer is putting together an offer for the item. Which is exactly the same as clicking on the "Buy" button.
