The products are good, but the delivery was not ideal. I got a very late delivery date and when I contacted customer service, they just gave me the tracking number again. Then the delivery arrived earlier than expected, but not all of the items. In the end, I got 3 deliveries from one order and none arrived at the given delivery date from the beginning. Good for me, because I got the items earlier, but very confusing.
Thank you for easy checkout, but I ordered some of these last year. Liked them, tried to order more and your website told me I was unable to have them sent to Hawaii even though I had just ordered some. This year I checked again and once again I was able to order some. What's with the inconsistency?
Ordered a 36 inch wreath by way of Amazon. Opened up the box and the wreath was 26"'s Called customer service who asked me where was I measuring the wreath from?.
I told her I know how to measure the circumfrence of a circle, its not close to 36"'s. She checked with her manager who said I need to send them a picture with the measuring device in it send it to them and then they'll offer me a remedy. Like thats all I have to do. At that point I requested a return auth from amazon.Its now on the way back to them. Sorry Ididn't see these reviews before. BTW CC here s the order ID *******. Your company is a JOKE
I had a replace a window display I had purchased from Christmas Central ten years early. At that time I bought three and all three worked perfectly until this year when one of them burnt out. I ordered a replacement and it arrived in few short days.
They showed up and look great so far. We've got them hung up outside so hopefully they hold up to the winter weather.
One recommendation would be to put a small metal eye at the top so that outdoor installation would be easier.
Christmas Tree is gorgeous. Shipping did take a tad longer than I had hoped but was ok. Our tree box was damaged and did not come with any directions. Our tree came with a remote control, which does not work.
Very happy with the promptness of the order and delivery of our little tree given how close it was to Christmas. It's the perfect size, and while it looked sort of sparse and skinny on its own, it looks charming once decorated.
This garland is a purrfect additional to my Halloween decorations. I added purple led lights and it looks awesome. It comes rolled up and is very easy to unroll and move the tips around to the position that you desire to achieve the look of full garland. Competitors offer garland for less but it is so thin you will need to buy 2 and twist them together in order to achieve the look of full garland. I would definitely buy this garland again.
Unfortunately, there was not enough spacing to maneuver the lights to place them where I needed them. I really need 5 inches of space between lights, and there was barely 4. The return instructions would cost me more than I paid for them, so I didn't return. The set of 20 on Amazon had only 2 inches of space between bulbs, so I ordered from you thinking maybe they would work.
I placed an order for a holographic led light train on November 27. When it hadn't shipped 6 days later I called and was told to give them 5 business days for the order to ship. They said I would receive an email on the 5th business day with the tracking information. That was yesterday and no tracking number was sent. I called back today and was told she would contact the warehouse to check the status and call me back. Well hours later when I hadn't received a call I called them, only to find that I think they closed for the day. It has been 8 days since my order was placed and they have not shipped my order, can't tell me when it will ship or if they even have it. Now I want my money back! And it's sad that now other products I could have ordered instead of this one on Black Friday are now out of stock! I won't order from this company again.

I wanted a specific light product and found it at Christmas Central. Their website was easy to use and the product I wanted was available and fairly priced. I had a very good experience doing business with them.
Ordered three more strings of gold tinsel garland. Had two and they weren't long enough to go around the tree enough times, so ordered more this year. Garland is good quality and not overpriced. Looks like the garland I remember from my childhood!
Reasonable waste of money! Unfortunately, the specifications given for the tree size did not work for my tree and I had to buy a regular stand as the one I purchased here bent and would not suffice with my 5.5 foot tree.
I experienced a problem with a flocked Christmas tree I ordered. I email the company and sent a picture of the problem. The response was faster than I thought it would be and they sent another tree immediately. Any company that solves a problem as quickly as they did has a dedicated customer in me. Thank you for the opportunity to tell other customers or potential customers how wonderful your company is! Every company can deliver items you ordered but very few respond as quickly when there is a problem. The quality was wonderful as well.
Lucky to have received the tree. Box was totally open when it was delivered. Packaging not strong enough to withstand shipping. Even though the package was damaged, luckily, the tree inside was able to be bent back into shape.
I was a little unsure of shopping with Christmas Central as I had never heard of them. I did order some items from them and I was very happy that I did. The products were exactly as described and the shipping was fast and efficient.

I received the tree faster than I thought. It was after Christmas, so I just plugged it in to be sure all the lights lit and they did. I was really glad that it was exactly the size they said so it would fit in my tree container. The box was it pretty bad shape, but everything was in it and looked fine. I can't wait to put it up next Christmas!
We were looking for a taller tree with a small base diameter for the kids' rooms. We were especially looking for one where each branch would support ornament weight and have multiple sprigs to create fullness. We are happy with our purchase.

As per the item description: Dimensions: 5” high x 36” diameter (measured from outermost tip/edge to outermost tip/edge across the wreath), which is listed in the product page. That's why we asked for a picture. It's a common question. Furthermore, it appears you hung up on our customer service agent so it makes it difficult to help you with this order.
