I ordered 4" and 1.5" frosted glass balls. The ornaments arrived poorly packed with very little protection in the shipping boxes - kinda looked like they had been tossed into the boxes. The small ornaments arrived unscathed; however, the large ones arrived extremely scratched, and one was broken. It looked like they hadn't been packaged correctly in their boxes in the first place, as the ornaments were barely sitting in the slots. Overall, I'm disappointed... I've had good luck with this place until now.
I was satisfied with the service, but disappointed with the product. It didn't look at all like the photo advertised. I was also disappointed that it came in between two pieces of cardboard, when I expected it to come in a box.
Christmas Central has excellent customer service. The unfortunate part was the 12 piece railroad track quality wasn't so great. I order 3 packs of track. Opened the first 2, nothing wrong. The 3rd one had several warped pieces of track. I called CC and they shipped another pack of track. Guess what...same thing, warped pieces of track. I haven't contacted them about it and at this point I haven't reached out to them because this just might end up being a futile effort. Maybe they will see this review and reach out. I wish their was some sort of checking the product before it shipped.
These multicolored lights were perfect to recreate the Christmas tree colors from my childhood! It brought back a little joy. Delivery was prompt and the lights were well packed. I will buy from Christmas Central again!
The snowmen were not well assembled-I'll need to do some gluing. A few ornaments were damaged not sure if happened in shipping or not-disappointed. Need to contact Customer Service. The clear ornaments were just plain clear, appeared iridescent online.
I ordered a beautiful star for the top of my christmas tree and a hand-painted skier snow globe. Both items were very high quality and I am very happy with my purchases. The items were well packaged and shipping was fast.
I bought several things and one of the items that I bought a dozen of only one of them was good. They were not packaged to protect them in transit and wrong items sent with missing pieces that were glaring obvious. The return policy got me refunded for the 2 wrong items sent and the 9 correct, but damaged items and they refused to cover the single good items return.
I would not recommend shopping here for the fairly unreasonable return policy, the poor quality of the expensive product and the lack of care taken to ship the items without damage.
Fast and easy. No problems with finding the items. Items are a bit older than most Christmas items. But I needed matching single electric candles for my windows. I was so happy to find them with Christmas Central. However, when I ordered, I really did not expect them to match so well. I will alwasy shop with Christmas Central in the future.

Beware of this business. They have inaccurate description of the item. I purchased a Decorative Clear Glass Spring Floral Vase with Lace Ribbon for $8.99. I received a JAR with lace, not a VASE!. Pay my own shipping cost to return for refund!
I paid extra for expedited shipping but didn't receive my order until 2 weeks after I placed my order. However, the Christmas Central customer service team was quick to refund what I paid due to the delayed shipping

The candles I ordered were not what I thought. The light did not go all the way to the flame only lit the candle and then only lasted 1 day with the batteries for 6 hours. The 3 candle holders were just as described.
Super pleased with this garland— we are using it on the fence surrounding our yard. At first glance (in the box), it looked a bit small and squished, but it fluffs out nicely and adds a really nice touch. Great quality/quantity for the price!
I ordered a snow globe and it showed up broken. I contacted the customer service, and they graciously sent a new one out, but yet again when it arrived, it was not in the packaging correct and it was broken as well.
I needed to correct my order. They never returned my phone calls or emails. I did both a lot. In spite of the calls they sent a shipping notice but it was with a phony shipping number.
I called sales instead of the customer service number and of course they answered the phone. I asked about the phony shipping number and they put me on hold and I never got another person or call back.
