I ordered the 8 functional candy cane lights and the shipping box was opened and resealed, upon opening the lights you could tell they were used not new plus missing the stakes. I paid for new candy cane lights, all you get to chat with is not a live person, Basil

We have owned one of ChristmasCentral.com's products for less than 30 days. We love the item and we're so happy to find it online. However, it is malfunctioning. I contacted the company to report this and ask for an exchange. They said that can only be done within 7 days of having the product.
Good luck if you use this company. It's ironic, isn't it? A Christmas company that does not give a rat's $#*! about their customers? That's the way it is. I wrote the company three emails last night, complaining about their poor service.
And then, this morning, the company reached out helpfully:. This morning, two people from the company reached out to me to try to come to terms. One offered me a refund. The other offered me a choice of either a refund or replacement. The people today were helpful, polite and accommodating.
Hello Heather, we have a 30 day return policy so I'm not sure why anyone would say 7 days. Can I have an order number so I can take a look into this situation?
Ordered an umbrella in ground mount, website said was in stock. I was concerned because everywhere else I was looking didn't have them in stock. Christmas central indeed had it and shipped to me quickly. Excellent.
Your service is great and the products are very nice. My only complaint is that the color on one of the ornaments I ordered is not accurate - I wanted a deep purple matter finish, and I ordered what looked like a deep purple matte finish twice (1 1/2" glass ball ornaments) and each time received a more of a light lilac color. Maybe check that item in your catalog? Anyway, thanks and I will be ordeering again soon.
I needed an item by a specific date and ordered with them because with expedited shipping it would arrive on time. Well it did not. Customer service tells me that it will now arrive on the date that it would have arrived if I used regular shipping, AND they will not refund the $18 expedite fee (which was more than 50% of the cost of the order). Complete rip off. Of course they blame it on UPS and weather. Complete BS.

I only received 2 strings of the 3 strings of lights I ordered but was billed for all 3. This was disappointing and the required follow-up was inconvenient. However, the delightful woman who answered my call made up for this by letting me know the star lights were sold out and promptly crediting my card for the missing item.
It's a gorgeous little tree and just what I had expected. It plugs in which I preferred to battery, so that was nice. It only shines the little pink lights, but it doesn't have a twinkle option. Still, it was perfect for the price I paid for it.
I ordered two sets of ornaments. One set had paint damage and the other did not match the description on the website. Although the website indicated that the ornament caps were silver, they were indeed gold. The customer service manager indicated that the website note claiming that the picture of the 1.5-in ornament may not represent the actual ornament and that the cap may vary depending on size obviated them of any liability of inaccuracies in the actual product description. Now I get to pay for shipping fees to return a product with an incorrect product description. Order at your own risk, this has been a colossal waste of time and energy.
I'm always satisfied with their products. I've bought all kinds of Christmas products and I've never been disappointed. Their products are of great quality and I have never had an issue replacing or returning an item, which I've only done twice. Their products are well packed, ship quickly, and the customer service is great.
No issues. I found what I was looking for online, placed my order and the order was delivered within a week. This was my first time to redo my wire frame Christmas yard art and ChristmasCentral made it a lot easier for me.
Item arrived with no cord to power. Also top plastic was damaged.in several places. I called got prompt reqpomse and new item shipped. No cord again and top damaged in same exact three places...I can only assume this was a problem with manufacturing defect and they bought damaged. I said the heck with it and did not call again.
This company is crap! Their customer service is NONE! They don't give a crap about helping. Order ~$200.00 worth of lights, paid for 2nds day air, items in stock, site says will ship next day. Didn't ship for 2 days (and I paid for 2 day shipping)! I sent 4 emails trying to make sure the order shipped on time, same response everytime, 'I have contacted the warehouse supervisor'. The order will finally (hopefully), arrive SIX days later, for a 2nd day air order... No apology or explanation (there isn't one, they just sat on their butts).
We were waiting longer than expected to receive our order. When we received a call from UPS in Yarmouth, we live in Falmouth, about 40 minutes away. The UPS clerk said that she had received a broken up package from the post office because the packing slip was missing and was not deliverable. The UPS clerk said that she was coming our way and would meet us and give us what was left of the package. It contained one of the set of lights we had ordered. Later the post office delivered another package with two sets of lights. So we don't know what happened, or if we owe you for 1 set of lights or how the package got smashed. That was our experience!
The appearance is gorgeous, and they have the features for the room that I want them for; totally what I've been searching on the internet for hours. Honesty about unboxing will not match pictures. I can see how some people might expect the pre-fluffed appearance out of the box
Ordered some lights during a sale. Of the 3 icicle lights I ordered, all were used and one was missing half the lights. Contacted support and they sent me 3 more free of charge, which were fine and told me to do whatever with the other ones.

Purchased a snowman snow globe as a gift for family. The globe shattered quite soon after when dropped just a few inches on the table top. It is a nice globe with effective snow and snowman figure. I didn't realize how fragile it is though.
I ordered a variety of 11 different stockings to hang on my banisters with garland. The stockings are well made and of very good quality. And you can't beat the price. They were slightly longer than the stockings I already owned by 1". There is a lot of quality embroidery and nicely cut appliques. I was frustrated trying to use my 10% discount code off my first order that I received because I joined the email list. The email with the code was delayed. I spent a good bit of time looking for the code before it appeared in my inbox. I would definitely order from them again and would recommend them to friends.
