Ordered a Christmas stocking from Christmas central, through walmart.com on 11/28. As of 12/6, it has not been shipped so I sent an email inquiry about my order. I received an email back stating the order was to be filled through their other warehouse and they were checking on it and would get back to me. Several hours later, I got an email from Walmart that my order was cancelled because it hadn't been shipped yet and the seller was unable to provide an estimated shipping date.
It was Alright. The pictures don't have as many lights as I Thought they would. Like on the lamps on the ground like every other one is lit up instead of all of them. They are reasonably price but I guess I see why now.
Christmas central has the best selection of decorative holiday lights - types, colors, lengths.
The website is very easy to sort and find exactly what I wanted. Delivery was timely. The lights all work and are exactly as described. The wires are pliable and easy to place. The price is great.
Like the Titanic, this hose failed its maiden voyage. I carefully unrolled the (nearly paper thin) hose and laid it out its entire length and attached it to the pool filter head discharge. I then opened the pool filter to backwash WITHOUT turning on the pump to allow the hose to fill with water and ensure there were no kinks. I then turned on the pump to begin the backwash process. Within seconds, the hose ruptured in two places flooding my garage and driveway. What a mess. Avoid this product. Go to trusted, local pool supply store and buy a quality hose.
Hopefully, this hose holds up for a while. The price is extremely competitive!
I have these lights (4 sets of 4 latge bulb each set) for 4 years now. So far they are all still working. They are huge & people love them! I'm bought 3 more sets this year to put on my round garden bed. I wil be having 9 sets total. My order arrived before xmas. These colorful lights are hard to find even in this site. I usually only see the clear C-9 bulb pathway kind. I hope they never stop making this exact product because it will be my forever tradition! It is so big, very unique, very bright...It is like I do not have to go to xmas light shows because I brought it home to share in my neighborhood to enjoy as well.
You trick a potential customer into thinking the swag lights connect to the bow. There's no way that is possible. You need to remove that photo. Market the swag lights separately from the bow. I would not have bought it. Your picture shows on a house with the bow in between the swags. How is that possible? There's no way to connect those swags to the bow. That is a fraud marketing scheme. Your return policy is ridiculous.
I ordered a set of glass ornaments before Christmas. Christmas Central had the best price around. It took a little longer for my order to arrive, but it came before Christmas. And the ornaments are even prettier in person.
Stay away from this company. Their customer service is lousy. They do not screen items prior to shipping and send damaged goods that cannot be seen until items are removed from original packaging. People order Christmas decorations before they need them. When you get them out and discover they are damaged, their 14 day return policy is null and void. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
My order was shipped in three different boxes, Two of the boxes arrived and the third did not. After emailing with customer service, my items that did not arrive were replaced and shipped out again without any hassle!
The website and ordering process was very user friendly/easy to use. Delivery was quick and on time. The quality of this ribbon is very good and the wire edge holds the way you shape it. Looks amazing with the theme of our tree also. Definitely recommend it.
L ordered the 3 foot commercial Santa in November, it arrived broken in December. And no wonder. There was no packing material! After a series of emails back and forth they offered me a 20% discount! Finally I shipped it back for a refund. It's February 9th and I haven't heard anything, so it looks like I'm out my entire purchase price of nearly $300. Don't buy anything from these people. I might see if the BBB can help.
Fast and easy
The item reindeer swirling glitter globe arrived with one poorly made. I wrote how the product was poorly made and not expected for another reindeer to be sent to me. Your customer service was very fast in giving me 2 to options to correct my issue.
I was disappointed with receiving broken items, as I was excited to use them as decoration for this holiday season. The item were not packed well at all, causing them to arrive broken. I will say customer service was excellent and refunded the cost of the items without hesitation.
I purchased the spa cover and I was very disappointed in the quality. It felt like very light, weight, bubble wrap, and a light blue color. If it were easy to return, I would do that because it's of no use as a pool or spa cover.
Website was very easy to use. Checkout was simple with payment options through PayPal and Amazon. Shipping was fast with good communication. I decided the product did not meet my needs and contacted them to return it. It was easy with excellent customer service.
As title suggests, I purchased some decals and a Window Wonder and was entirely satisfied. I didn't have to wonder where my order went as communication was great throughout. I would buy again from Christmas Central.
I placed an order. It was delivered. Then I reviewed the product. A couple days later I got a message asking me if I'd received my order, but didn't give me any information about what my order was. I had to do some research to figure out what they were talking about. Then I got this survey without asking me if I wanted to do a survey. So the follow up email and survey dropped my review from 5 stars to 4.
I appreciate the detailed filters which helped me shop for the right ornaments. And when I received my order and one item wasn't quite as advertised, the experience I had with support was actually helpful, kind, and human. I worked as customer support for nearly 10 years, and I formed really high standards - you just don't receive good support like this anymore. Bravo for doing this right!
Item was exactly as described.
After receiving I realized that the plug cord was not long enough to reach my outlet so in the future I'll have to look for an item with a longer plug cord. And the only other comment I can make was that I wish the lights were more LED brighter and whiter than yellow. They are in my window with the help of an extension cord and they look nice. Thank ypu😃
Presently surprised how vast the inventory was. Found the items I had been searching for. Placing the order was easy. I received my first item relatively soon. The other item was delayes due to issues with the shipping carrier UPS. Overall it was a good experience. I suggest Christmas Central should not use UPS.
