Placed an order 2 days prior to Thanksgiving with 3 day shipping. Expected to receive item the week after Thanksgiving. When an entire week had passed with no product or communication I emailed and was simply told technical error which made me think website was a scam. Emailed again for updates and was told technical error. Called and was told they had a mad rush of orders and are behind. Would have been nice to have been emailed this the week I expected it. They did refund shipping to make it up.
Easy to navigate and low prices! I ordered three different Halloween window silhouette lights and received two of the same. One email later I received the missing light and was never asked to return the duplicate! Now that's great service! AAA+++!
I love gazing balls and most of the prettiest ones I have came from Christmas Central. I have over 30 of them now and there are 2 more that I want! I have put fairy lights in some of them and they look so beautiful. I live in the country and have had people who stop and want to look at all my solar lights and gazing balls😊
This was my 3rd order from Christmas Central for gazing balls. I am very happy with each order and their gazing balls are just beautiful. They package each gazing ball with care and all of them have arrived very fast without any issues. I go to the website about once a month to look around and see what I can find. Finding what I needed was easy. Checkout was okay. My shipment could have been sent in one package, but it was split up and one of the packages arrived a week and a half after the other. It was missing while on the way. It spent that whole time in the Raleigh Post Office Distribution Center. I filed a missing package report and low and behold it showed up the next day.
I purchased two items (totaling $100+) on 12/7. I had one tracking # assuming both items would arrive. Only one was delivered with the other no where to be found. I emailed for the other tracking # and received an automated response with the LENGTHY explanation/excuse. I understand the severity of the snow storm. By the time I placed my order (weeks after the storm), the website should NOT have been taking additional order if there were still shipping/fulfillment issues. Per the email they are back in business and up to date with orders and are running smooth and efficiently and getting orders out on the same day. YEAH RIGHT! Still no email response to my missing order. No tree for my apartment on Christmas. :(
The angel was very pretty but smaller than anticipated especially for the price. Seems it should have had more lights and been taller.

The order arrived quickly, and the ornaments were beautiful! I could not find this vintage style anywhere else. They are like the heirloom shiny brite bell and atomic ornaments I recall from my childhood.
My snowflake window hangings arrived quickly and in good condition. However, the boxes the products arrived in all were crumpled and damaged in the corners. The boxes were definitely not sturdy. I recommend you find some way to provide more robust packaging for your products.
Lights didn't work had to repair broken lights.
The threaded arm that attaches to the motor for the motion on the reindeers head has to be tightened every day or two. The legs won't stand on a flat surface without tipping over so you need to use them on grass so you can use the stakes in the ground.
After looking online at dozens and dozens of outdoor lighted reindeer decorations, I finally found the perfect one. It arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. I particularly like its golden color and the wreath around its neck. It's a lovely complement to my other outdoor Christmas decorations!
I have contacted the company repeatedly over an order for an item that was advertised as a 2 DAY DELIVERY. The item was sent to another person as part of a gift.
Ten days later, after a replacement, was purchased... they ship it.
They refuse to intercept the package and tell me i have to return it even though it is not shipped to me or pay for it. What a loser level of customer service and they sell on Overstock.Com... BUYER BEWARE.
I was really looking for 18 inch wreaths with colored lights, timer and AC power. Apparently it is impossible to find colored wreaths but the ones I purchased from you with clear lights are good. They meet my other requirements and look good. The shopping experience and delivery was good.
Product was of great quality, very satisfied with price. However, I paid extra for 3 day shipping, and the product was backordered. Once shipped, though, it was delivered in a timely manner. Would have preferred to have been notified that the product was not in stock when ordering.
I love the Advent calendar we bought, but a couple of the doors don't stay shut due to misalignment with the magnet and screw, and one of the ornaments was missing it's string. Otherwise I think it's great and am really happy with my purchase.

I needed small fir trees for every day use as I keep these trees up as part of my decor year round and Christmas Central had a wonderful selection at reasonable prices. Plus, the trees were life-like, great quality. I also needed a bunch of lighting too. I use it year-round as well and Christmas Central had such a variety of colors and sizes for the lighting that was perfect for my needs. The prices were the best I've seen as well. They have excellent shipping speed too.
Love that there is no duty that I'll have to pay when i receive my order. Knowing that I'll likely order again. Even with the exchange rate the item I purchased was cheaper at Christmas Central than anyplace else I saw it. The only complaint I have is that I never received a shipping confirmation email, but it came anyway so it was still a five star experience.

Needed a Hockey player Nutcracker for my 8 yr old grandson. He plays goalie on his team in Phx Az. This was the only Nutcracker I found that had a Hockey stick and was not NHL specific. A little pricey. He collects Nutcrackers and every year a buy him one.
I did set up an account in order to place an order. Once it was approved, you were supposed to let me know so I could place a timely order. Since no one let me know for over a week, our order was late...but our help on support phone call expedited and made it happen. So back end, not so much, front end...AWESOME JOB!
