We have multi-colored lights around our entertainment center, sofa table and a decorative tree in our living room. We leave them up all year because it's so pretty. Well this past Christmas I couldn't find them with the white wire where I normally purchase them and unfortunately I had a strand out. No local stores had them. Found them at Christmas Central on sale, the delivery was pretty quick and they match the lights I already have!
Item I purchased was damaged, contacted help center and before I knew it the item was delivered within 4 days. Christmas Central has the most unique items fir all holidays, not only Christmas. Highly recommend.

Not sure if I'm going to return this yet. The items were much smaller than I thought they would be. They just don't look very appropriate on a really large tree. I think they would be great for a smaller tree or a medium-sized tree. They are simply not large enough to get your creative point across. Thank you.
The package the fuses were in was very difficult to open and eventually ended up with fuses slipping out and landed on the floor. Not sure if fuses were damaged or not since I still cannot get one section of tree lights to work.
My original order for 6 lights sets came with 4 light sets and 2 linen pumpkins. I contacted Christmas Central by email the same day. Within 24 hours, I received a response and the 2 light sets I didn't receive were on their way.
The item I ordered arrived in about a week, but I received no notification. I had to telephone to get an email confirmation of my order. I was told that I would receive an email when the item shipped, but that never happened. I don't know if this poor system is normal for Christmas Central or was just a problem close to Christmas.
I assure you Macys (not through your site) was selling the exactly same and brand owl for 90 dollars but usually marked down to about 30. I ordered it from your Christmas clearance for $13.99 and one of the balls was missing off his hat. Also a huge red broken and scratched ornament that I never ordered was in the box. I placed an order through Walmart that shipped from you and it was perfect but every item I order directly from you is damaged. I'm just telling the truth.
I purchased beautiful clip on bird ornaments at a great price and was not disappointed. I was really impressed with the fast shipping and delivery during the holidays. All my bird ornaments were packaged well, no damage at all. I will be ordering more from this site.
I was shipped the wrong item but they did send me the correct item in a timely manner. The customer service staff were very friendly.
I would tell their shipping department to slow down and to make sure they are sending the correct items to their customers. However, I realize we all make mistakes.
I received an email it has shipped email 6 days ago and they charged my paypal (my order was a Christmas present) when i tried the tracking number 2 days ago it was false. When i emailed 2 days ago and called and left messages no answer, just a message they were closed - i called before their closing hours.
When i got through today after they checked my order to get the correct tracking number I received an email instead of a call that it will ship after Christmas.The false shipping email was obviously so they could charge paypal.
Very easy! Great selection. Exaclty what I was looking for to put in my salt lamps. I only use salt lamps after sunset in order to create a more circadian friendly home. These amber bulbs fit and give the most beautiful extra warm glow to my lamps. Will buy again.
The color of the lights is green and not teal at all, so will be returning them. Shipping time very slow, almost a month to arrive to me. Price not cheap overall with the shipping cost. Disappointed overall.

I purchased merchandise from Christmas Central last December to put up for 2021 Christmas. One of my candy canes I paid $100 for, it's not even working and I haven't even used it one year yet. So be careful of what you purchase and make sure it works-during a long period of time to test it out. I plugged up it came on when I purchased it -so I put it up for 2021 Christmas and now it don't work. Very unsatisfied, because I feel like I just wasted and threw away money. They want even replace it. I was told 30 days, but I didn't need to put it up after the Christmas season.

I've shopped with Christmas Central for several years. They have a nice selection and reasonable prices (if you catch a sale, even better). I've interacted with customer service a few times over the years and everything was great.
The ordering process was easy. I was kept informed of key events and the product was delivered ahead of my expectations. I am happy with the sleigh and will look use this company again when buying other lighted christmas lawn decorations.
Our original order arrived damaged. Customer service responded quickly and gave us two good options. We chose to request a replacement. It arrived in tact and we are enjoying it. I'm impressed with Christmas Crntral!
I previously purchased 2 sets of lights (from Target but they go through Christmas Central). These were globe lights and when I plugged in one set a bulb exploded about a foot from my face. Thankfully I was not hurt but it scared me. So I decided to go direct through Christmas Central and pay for next day shipping so I could get another set sooner to get my lights up for the holidays. I ordered on a Friday. There is no mention on their site when you click on 'Next Day' that business days exclude Saturday & Sunday so 'Next Day' is not an option. Consequently my order wasn't even processed until sometime Monday and I did not receive the lights until 5 days after my initial order day.
Watch out! Big waste of money and there is no way they would consider giving me a portion of that shipping fee back not to mention a replacement.
A few of our trees were taped with a lot of what looked like duct tape to cover the branches, etc. Maybe this is a normal thing for colored trees, just seemed a bit on the lower quality end of things.
I love the tree and am very happy with the overall experience. It would be nice to get a confirmation email after placing the order as I didn't see anything from Christmas Central until it shipped. It wasn't a big problem though, just a possible suggestion.

We did have some issues in November/December 2015 following a large snowstorm (7 feet of snow) that destroyed our warehouse, but since then we have completely rebuilt, plus added a new warehouse system that has eliminated many of the issues.
