Fantastic pricing, had a problem with my delivery, sent them an email Friday evening and had a response the next morning. Everything was taken care of with one email. Amazing! Would definitely order from them again

I have only ever placed two orders (very recently) with Christmas Central. Both orders contained Christmas snow globes. Snow globes are FRAGILE. No where on the outside packaging was it stamped or marked FRAGILE. Both packages arrived separately. One package did have damage to a snow globe. Both boxes were bent and smooshed. Clearly, they had been tossed around. I am not sure if I will ever purchase from Christmas Central again.

Shopping was easy delivery was fast but the ornaments. I'm sorry to say we're not as expected. The tassels were of a cheap material and they are all scrunched up and don't hang properly. I don't want to go through the return system or the hassle and I probably just will take it as a loss.

Chose Christmas Central after reviewing several other locations, including Bonner's in MI. Website very easy to navigate. Very large selection and generally lower prices. Trees arrived in days and in good condition.

I was looking for a realistic Christmas tree since this was our first artificial tree (we have only bought real trees in the past). After researching types, companies, and prices, I found a great tree at Christmas Central. The price was reasonable and it arrived within a week of ordering it. Funny side note, it came from Cheektowaga, where my husband's family lives. The tree is easy to put together and looks fabulous! We are so happy with our first artificial tree.

We've received lots of compliments on the 14' Northern Pine pre-lit artificial tree. Assembly and preparation took longer than anticipated, but the tree looks great and full in its location in one of our downtown parks.

I ordered several ornaments for use on my Christmas tree. All of the ornaments arrived in good condition and I am looking forward to decorating my tree this year with a new color scheme. The prices were very good as I purchased them on clearance.

If there were a "0 Star" rating, that is how I would rate this experience. My husband ordered the exact same snow globe from Wal-Mart.com. It arrived in its own box, and with a set of instructions. The one I ordered from Christmas Central was to be a Christmas gift for my brother. It came only packed in styrofoam, and placed in the box that it was sent out in. There were no instructions included. When my brother first opened the box, the snow globe would not work. He eventually got it light up, but it does not play music and there is no light coming from the smokestack. My husband had deleted the shipping confirmation email, so I had no record of the order number to return it. It appears that this snow globe was a defective one that another purchaser retuned, and was then resold to me. A very disappointing experience to say the least. I will not be buying anything from Christmas Central in the future.

Never buy or order anything from this place it is one wrost business I have came across in a while. I placed a order November 29-15 well I got part of it have gotten the other part. I have made several attempts to in touch with them have not been able to get through so I left the order number and personal information like it for have not received any call back at all. These people have got to very unprofessional they need to get this problem resolve stop ripping people off. I have turned them in to the better business bureau also let my credit card company what is going on with this place. I don't feel I should pay for something I didn't receive or anyone else as far as that goes. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Unhappy customer

The web site is well designed and very easy to navigate. Product descriptions are very useful and very helpful. It is enjoyable just browsing or "window shopping" the web site. We have purchased 15 of the soft twinkle lights and other items. We have not been disappointed with any of our purchases. We always look at the site when receiving emails.

Found the exact Christmas lights that I have used for years, but couldn't find at a decent price. Y'all had by far the best price over your competitors. I'm sure that I will visit y'all's site in the future for more deals to help with my Christmas decorating!

I bought the Candy cane Nutcracker. My 37 year old son & I have kept a tradition going. Every December we have ordered peppermint ice cream, & when I saw the candy cane nutcracker I just had to get it for him for his birthday since we also collect nutcrackers. It is so perfect & will last forever just like our memories of eating peppermint ice cream every December.

The tree is fuller and prettier than others I have bought but it's definitely not 6'5", but more like 6feet. The lights are also too bright and white—wish they were softer. Ended up using other lights.

The shipping box maybe okay in a retail store but was unsatisfactory for shipping. The box looked very ragged like it had been around the world and was torn and dirty. Tape was coming off and the box had several big tears and openings at seams. The shipper did not take care to provide a suitable shipping box but instead shipped in very flimsy cardboard that was doomed to be damaged by uncaring shipping companies.

I wrote a review about these christmas light hanger clips. Purchasing them was easy. However, the clips themselves weren't what I was hoping for. They appear very much like the the last bunch I purchased. All the edges are sharp and I think they may end up being brittle. I don't know what brand I had gotten maybe 8 years back, but they were very durable.

I searched everywhere for these. You used to be able to find them in every store (years ago). My mom always put these on the Christmas tree and I have carried on the tradition every year. It has gotten harder to find these over the years. I am so happy that they are still available.

I ordered the hurricane vase to make a still life centerpiece for my wedding. I was disappointed when the item arrived shattered in its box. However, Christmas Central's customer service was amazing and responded promptly when I notified them that it had arrived broken. They immediately issued a replacement which shipped and arrived quickly. Overall super happy with my experience, and the vase is beautiful!
