I purchased a song, however, it took two download purchases (even though price was minimal). So I contacted them to let them know of the situation & possible credit (LOL). BUT USER BEWARE - BEFORE GIVING THEM YOUR PERSONAL EMAIL, THEY SHARE, SELL & RENT IT AND YOUR MAILBOX WILL FILL UP. WITH SPAM. AND... Your PO BOX will start to. Recrivr catalogs!

I live in Canada and I have been ordering from this company for a few years now and I am very happy. The arrival of my merchandise was fast and I haven't had any issues with anything that I purchase
I received a fraudulent charge on my credit card this morning. They do not require 3 digit verification and my name wasn't even on the order, clearly zip code did not match my billing. WHAT DOES THIS TELL YOU? ENTIRELY TOO EASY for someone to wreck your credit! I have had to freeze the card, will have to call the bank and have forms filled out the get the shipping address this order was going to, dispute the charge and file a police report because they have LOOSE BILLING PRACTICES, CAUTION CAUTION CAUTION
I ordered an item as a Christmas present, and they were out of stock, so they put it on backorder. I was a little upset, but I decided to deal with it because it said the expected arrival was only a month later. A month passed, and I got another email saying it was on backorder. This continued for SIX $#*!ING MONTHS before I finally emailed them telling them to just cancel the stupid order.
The mess I find myself in is the delivery service ChristianBook insists on using when offering free delivery with a purchase of $35.00. They make it sound so good when in reality the delivery service of USPS benefits them not the consumer. I called again for the second incident, this has happened once before. They told me to wait, again. I was told that I could pay for FedEx or UPS if I didn't not want to use USPS. Now how is that a benefit to the consumer? They offer free delivery with a purchase of $35.00, but they don't tell you that if you want a secure manner of delivery you have to pay for it. How is that free delivery only if you choose what they want you to choose. Let's face it, snail mail in the USA is horrible. I most likely won't order from them for a long while unless they truly offer free delivery across the board where we can have a much better method of having our deliveries delivered to us and not have to pay extra to use FedEx or UPS. Shouldn't the consumer feel secure with their purchase deliveries. They are not giving us the orders for free. I do have proof of purchase and I can send an email to proof I have made a definite purchase.
Found this site. Placed order for music books, then read reviews and was so scared. GREAT experience!
I ordered magnetic whiteboards that had an excellent rating, but they were extremely thin, made from cheap cardboard material. They wouldn't erase cleanly even within seconds of using a dry erase marker. They were horrible. This site stipulates that returns be mailed through the US postal service which was extremely expensive. I had only opened the plastic on one whiteboard and didn't return it because it was also stipulated that only unopened merchandise can be returned. The one whiteboard that I kept is filled with now filled with air and warped. I returned the other 6 boards with the same packaging in which they had been shipped. The company only refunded 2/3 of my money because they said that a restocking fee had been charged because either the merchandise was returned in an unsalable condition or the return was made past the 30 day return period. I had returned the order within a day or two of its arrival so it had to be the former. I will never order anything from this company again. They sell Christian products, but they don't seem very Christian to me.
So I got to be honest. Last year 2016/17 school year was our first year to order school curriculum through Christian book. I order 2 of my children's work curriculum from them and my other through Abeka. So anyways I was instantly attracted to Christian book because of their low pricing. When you have 3 kids homeschooling you will try to save a penny anyway that you can. Schooling is expensive. So I ordered through them. It was a nightmare. I had all kind of books on backorder, I got wrong books, just all sorts of things. But I will say one thing, no matter what the problem was they were good to me. They would resend out what I needed free shipping. So anyways I didn't plan on reordering though them this school year but budget was tight which left me no option so I reordered this school year. I don't know what changed from last year to this year but this year was absolutely incredible! They did outstanding. Everything came in 2 boxes unlike last year which was like 10 lol. I'm so pleased with Christian book and honestly for the price who can really complain! I save like 600-700 dollars a year on curriculum and they are always quick to fix any mistakes they make! We will continue to order through Christian book!
We'd ordered from them several times in the past, totaling hundreds and hundreds of dollars. Stuff had arrived in less than stellar condition, but we never complained. Stuff arrived late, but we never complained. This past August we placed an order for over $250. They took the money, then we got notices until almost November that it was back ordered. Then when it came in, they took the money again. Somehow they did something to show they only took the money once when the order came in. I called to say they took it twice. "No, sir, we're showing we only took it once." "No, I assure you 100% that you took it twice. I've keep my own bank records for over 15 years, to the cent, and I am telling you that you most definitely took it twice." "Oh, well, you need to call your bank then. That's on them. We only took it once." Way to call a loyal customer a liar and pass the buck off to another entity. I'll try shoving a wet noodle up a bobcat's rearend while in a phone booth, before I'll even buy one sheet of toilet paper from this "Christian" organization again.
I trusted this business to get my books to me on time, but it didn't happen. Thank you "Christian"books for ruining our Christmas.
Ideas from every Avenue. My son has anxiety, ptsd, and adhd. So it has helped in so many ways to break up the days to learn more. He is learning to be stronger, learning better how to be aware and to socialize. Luckily, he has gotten into homeschooling groups to help although this year has been a tough time. Pray it gets better. Christianbook helps my son and I the last 10 years for him and my self 16 when I was diagnosed with epilepsy. I had to step back up with reading and writing because of how bad my seizures had gotten. I as a result had my leaf hippocampus removed. It was found dead from how bad the gran mal seizures got. Now I get the starting spells. I feel them. Sometimes I am so bad and don't know and some I am aware. But I take the medicine which now is a 50/50 of working. I have a VNS put in it helps minimal but goes more harm to my esofagas. So they are trying to fight insurance for a RNS to help calm the seizures more. Once these virus shoots are done we need to pray things get better.
RODEO HERO by Shannon Taylor Vannatter---I do not know the proper words to tell you how wonderful "Rodeo Hero" by Shannon Taylor Vannatter is. It will touch your heart and soul like no other book has ever done. Kendra, as a new Christian, was struggling with a promiscuous past, while Stetson, firmly believed in waiting for marriage, was having trouble forgiving her as Jesus had forgiven her. 2 Corinthians 5:17 "Therefore if any man be IN Christ, he is a NEW creature; old things are passed away; behold ALL things are become NEW." Shannon has indeed done a remarkable job in writing about "secondary virginity" as she so lovingly explains once you become a Christian, God does not see your past sins anymore, as they are covered by the Blood of Jesus. Have you, or anyone you know, ever had this problem? If so, let me please recommend this book and even if not, I still highly recommend "Rodeo Hero" for the wonderful inspiring message, the very sweet story of love and a beautiful ending. It is definitely a book to put on your "to read" list. God bless you, Shannon, I feel so honored to have read this book and to be able to let others know how great it is. Looking forward to reading more of your work.

Love Christian Book! They are the very best place to get quality Christian products at incredible prices! And, they aim to please!
I bought an inexpensive item for a birthday gift and paid three times the cost of the item for "2nd day air UPS" delivery. It never came.
I have used Christianbook for years and have always been satisfied. I ordered some items for myself and some as giveaways for a conference.
