They quoted me a price, and I gave them all my information. They say there was a delay in paperwork, which i provided to them within their deadline, and they said it delayed the shipment. Suddenly the quote was 2200 more because of it. DO NOT USE THEM

They are among some of the worst forwarders. They will take your cargo, and they will change the quotes once they get the hold of it. Since they have your cargo, there is not much you can do about it but to do whatever they want you to. They give you an invoice initially, but will change it and add additional costs that does not exist and they have not done so to charge you more. I would personally stay away from them.

Beware from this, they have lots of tricks to scam customers, after my cargo arrived, they demand much money to release my package,
When I complained on Alibaba that I had to wait for at least 2 months, after waiting for 2 months I got only 5% of my cost back. Do whatever you want, Alibaba will not help you. You can give as much evidence as you want for your efforts, Alibaba is always on the side of its Chinese suppliers I emailed at least 200-300 emails to Alibaba against this fraudster and presented all the evidence but I got nothing.

I was searching for reliable shipping company with reasonable prices. At beginning everything looks fair and honest with reasonable price for delivering my goods from China. They got my packing list and calculated price as my needs.
As soon as my goods arrived to their warehouse, they started to repacked my goods with so many reasons. After all repacking my final price rised of 50%! More than I paid on first invoice. My products became hostage at their warehouse. I have to pay the balance, otherwise would not make economical sense to walk out of the deal and start everything all over again.
When my goods finally arrived to US, I immediately find some of the products was unrepairable damaged. As soon as I contacted the China Freight, they started to blame other trucking company and refused to pay compensation or replacement. After I paid invoice to them I can't contact third parties shipping contractors.
Have to mention, that 50% extra, was charged to make my goods save through the shipping.
Please don't get hooked up on sweet talking about their caring services and responsibilities.

Container ready to ship 10/18, they show up Nov 1, ship 11/9, supposed to be US Dec 5, arrived Christmas week. They delivered on wrong truck,not one requested, and returned to Miami. Had to pay for delivery twice. Was waiting in Orlando, no phone call, "oh,it'll be tomorrow, and you have to wire us $ before release". Owner NEVER contacted, incompetent girls make excuses and then beg for another chance. FU
Only if you are stupid

They are a very bad freight company. They will charge you a lot and your product will arrive late. They wont give u a tracking number. I would not recommend them to anyone. Also, they do not accept credit cards, therefore, banks will charge u extra for wire transfers.

First they give you a quote based on the right dimensions you give them which sounds attractive to lure you in.

Then you ship your products to their warehouse, give you a new way higher quote. If you want to cancel the shipment they will charge you an absurd amout of money simple to release your inventory.

TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS. SCAMMERS.

We paid $4280 OVER what was quoted to us. Once they received our goods in China, they charged us more money before being released. THEN, I just learned that Forward Air in USA, the company China Freight used to have our product delivered to our customer is THREE DAYS LATE. I am on the phone now at 1:25PM PST 5/20/2021 and the pallet was picked up late today so delivery is not until 5/21/2021, FOUR DAYS LATE when the shipment arrived at the airport on 5/17/2021. SERIOUSLY. And there is NO ONE TO TALK TO at China Freight. It took me days just to get in hold of the ACTUAL broker in USA. China Freight sent contact information to us stating it was Swissport but they don't work with China Freight anymore. SMART! I finally got in touch with Maestro. How do I get refunded, reimbursed?

Attitude is rude, aggressive. Company is refusing to provide correct shipping paperwork, won't address an HBL that is not legal

China Freight accepted an LCL shipment for one destination in the USA, but instead handling our pallet together, they on their own created 28 packages, and gave each one a FedEx label. These went into a container with 928 other packages. On the USA side, they authorized a random person to open the container and give the 956 cartons to FedEx cargo. In this process, they lost 25 of our 28 cartons, who knows how many others were lost. Chinafreight refused to tell us who the USA agent was, we had to investigate and finally found the USA agent, who then first could offer no help in providing proof of delivery to FedEx, then refused to answer calls or other questions. So many phone calls to China, and no support, they said file a claim with FedEx - we filed the claim and FedEx said since they never scanned in the labels, they had no responsibility. So $5000 in product, $1000 in shipping and $1500 in duty all lost. Mistakes happen, but if ChinaFreight were to offer real support - time could have been saved and there might have been a chance to find these lost items. We think ChinaFreight is a terrible company. They were also rude to our partners in China when they called to help us out.
