I am very much pleased with the works of China Freights. Every shipment was completed so quickly without any single damage to the products. Also, their freight rates were super low, and they have an outstanding customer care unit. China freight always took me with shocks, and believe me, i n my business career of 5 years, I never found such an iconic company to work with. Container ready to ship 10/18, they show up Nov 1, ship 11/9, supposed to be US Dec 5, arrived Christmas week. They delivered on wrong truck,not one requested, and returned to Miami. Had to pay for delivery twice. Was waiting in Orlando, no phone call, "oh,it'll be tomorrow, and you have to wire us $ before release". Owner NEVER contacted, incompetent girls make excuses and then beg for another chance. FU

So, I decided to ship my 500kg of goods from China to the US last week and customer service executive Kevin was damn impressive. He gave me a perfect delivery, including customs clearance. It was through sea, but the delivery time was very fast. I will always recommend them as they are a blessing in the shipping world.

They are a very bad freight company. They will charge you a lot and your product will arrive late. They wont give u a tracking number. I would not recommend them to anyone. Also, they do not accept credit cards, therefore, banks will charge u extra for wire transfers.

I feared paying heaps of cash to get my shipments from China until I discovered China Freights. They dispatched my huge load inside 10 days and the client chief was exceptionally steady. Basically, it was a superb Deal.

Beware from this, they have lots of tricks to scam customers, after my cargo arrived, they demand much money to release my package,
When I complained on Alibaba that I had to wait for at least 2 months, after waiting for 2 months I got only 5% of my cost back. Do whatever you want, Alibaba will not help you. You can give as much evidence as you want for your efforts, Alibaba is always on the side of its Chinese suppliers I emailed at least 200-300 emails to Alibaba against this fraudster and presented all the evidence but I got nothing.

Initially I doubted their commitment whether they'll be able to deliver it on time but they actually delivered it two days before the commitment. The executive was also very understanding. I received my items in a perfect state! Everyone should work with them.

Attitude is rude, aggressive. Company is refusing to provide correct shipping paperwork, won't address an HBL that is not legal

China Freight accepted an LCL shipment for one destination in the USA, but instead handling our pallet together, they on their own created 28 packages, and gave each one a FedEx label. These went into a container with 928 other packages. On the USA side, they authorized a random person to open the container and give the 956 cartons to FedEx cargo. In this process, they lost 25 of our 28 cartons, who knows how many others were lost. Chinafreight refused to tell us who the USA agent was, we had to investigate and finally found the USA agent, who then first could offer no help in providing proof of delivery to FedEx, then refused to answer calls or other questions. So many phone calls to China, and no support, they said file a claim with FedEx - we filed the claim and FedEx said since they never scanned in the labels, they had no responsibility. So $5000 in product, $1000 in shipping and $1500 in duty all lost. Mistakes happen, but if ChinaFreight were to offer real support - time could have been saved and there might have been a chance to find these lost items. We think ChinaFreight is a terrible company. They were also rude to our partners in China when they called to help us out.
