We paid $4280 OVER what was quoted to us. Once they received our goods in China, they charged us more money before being released. THEN, I just learned that Forward Air in USA, the company China Freight used to have our product delivered to our customer is THREE DAYS LATE. I am on the phone now at 1:25PM PST 5/20/2021 and the pallet was picked up late today so delivery is not until 5/21/2021, FOUR DAYS LATE when the shipment arrived at the airport on 5/17/2021. SERIOUSLY. And there is NO ONE TO TALK TO at China Freight. It took me days just to get in hold of the ACTUAL broker in USA. China Freight sent contact information to us stating it was Swissport but they don't work with China Freight anymore. SMART! I finally got in touch with Maestro. How do I get refunded, reimbursed?
