I gave them one star because you can't review otherwise. I never received my order. Endless correspondence with them and ended up paying the shipping a second time after they promise they will resend the order, I still haven't received 6 months later. I strongly believe it's a scam. I am sorry I didn't research them before ordering.
I only gave them a 1 star because i had no choice not that they deserve it. I purchased a baby lounge chair and never received it. When I contacted their customer service they were not really helpful only offering to refund 1/2 of the amount paid and when I ask to resend the item they refuse. Be aware that they'll take your money and you'll never receive what you paid for.
Worst Online Shopping Experience Ever
Purchased a dress up princess dress- look nothing like the photo on website. Asked for refund and they refused. Sent me a dress I could easily purchase on amazon for $18- charged me $40 for it. I intentionally did not buy the one on amazon because it was not a dress I desired. I would purchase nothing from them.
Purchased toy elephant. Arrived wrapped in a black plastic garbage bag with wrapping tape. No box. It was completely broken and would not animate or sing. Poorly made. "Customer Service" initially refused a refund and said send a video of broken toy. We sent video and again requested refund and NOT a replacement toy. They said they would send a replacement toy! Finally agreed to a 50% refund and told us to keep the broken toy! Total rip off. By the way, any 5-star ratings you see are placed by Chill And Slay people.

Cheap Chinese copy that looks nothing like the pictured product you order. The first picture is the brown, orange, and yellow dress that they sent in a size that was 2 sizes too small. The bottom picture was the pictured product to order on the web site. It was the only picture shown of the product I ordered. Now, there are multiple pictures of a dress similar to the one they send. And, their response to my request for a return/refund was to state that they don't recommend me sending it back to China because the shipping is very expensive.
DONT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMER! TOTAL $#*!! I AM GOING TO PRESS CHARGES. STEALS MONEY! TOTAL SCAMMER! Everyones negative review is correct.
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING. Products look nothing like the picture and they won't refund your money. I purchased a canopy for my daughters room, it was very poorly made, looked nothing like the picture and they refused to give a refund. They stated it was fine. Don't waste your hard earn money buying from this company.
I ordered a gift for a baby shower. As I couldn't make the shower I had it delivered to the person. It came in a black plastic garbage bag with packing tape all over it. Such a disappointment for the amount of money I paid for the gift. It wasn't even in a box!
I knew this company would eventually fold and probably take on a whole new name! Scammers! They had a God given talent for photographing their cheap knock off garbage, making it appear gorgeous and almost too good to be true! They did not honor the item description! I guess they don't know the difference between wood and plastic in their country! One of the biggest scams I've ever encountered no question!
The order you have placed is likely from another country. MIne was from China. It took almost a month for it to arrive. The item, "Elsa" from "Frozen" is nothing to get excited about. A bit misleading from the web page and what arrived. Looking back, I'd order from Amazon. I could have bought this Elsa Doll from a vendor in Tijuana.
Sold us cheap knock off crap with actual LEGO set numbers and they refuse to let you return anything. Do not buy anything from this website.

I bought an artificial flower garland from this which looked really pretty in the photos. When it arrived, it looked like a toddler had made it and the quality of products used to make this item were SO cheap and nasty!
I then asked for a refund which they denied. I have now lodged a dispute with PayPal because I paid AUD$50 for a piece of rubbish
This is an updatw after several emails back and forth, Chill and Slay has not only refunded me 100% but told me to keep the items I received (dress and headband). That wasn't my goal, but I have to give them credit for that. There is a bit of a language barrier which made it a bit difficult to decipher what they were saying, yet after the back and forth I am satisfied and feel that they did their best and were courteous overall. Just be sure to order several weeks to a month or so before you need something due to the overseas shipping.
Old review: Horrible customer service and communication. Very long ship time. Poor quality dress, not at all like the photo.
I ordered on 2/3/19, never got notice if my order was being processed so on 2/16 I emailed and asked to have my order cancelled. On 2/19, they responded that my order was shipped... after I already requested to cancel! Now going back and forth trying to get a refund. I received the dress on 2/29, no tags, not wrapped, just stuffed into a mailing bag. Dress is poor quality and I have not even used it. My 7yr old isn't even interested because it's not at all like the picture. Save yourself time and money. I got a beautiful dress off Amazon, took less than a week, was half the price and was free shipping. Chill and Slay are in China but their website doesn't seem to tell you that... be prepared to wait several weeks... NOT worth it!
Hi, our shipping time is about 10-20 days after dispatch, we have mentioned it in check out page, and we advise auto mail notice when your parcel sent out, but if you miss your email address when you wirte the shipping information, maybe you couldn't receive the tracking information, and you still can contact us via messager or cutomer servise email. And the stuffed couldn't be no wrapped, our warehouse wrapped very good, depends on your description, maybe the logiscal company has some mistake in progress. And if you don't like the product, you can return it, we will send you a new style or refund full of your money, please contact us, we would like to help.

I bought Pom Pom baby mat. It has a brown stain on it like it's been used! And it smells too. Do not buy from here. Will unsubscribe from the website. Never never buy from them. I throw them into garbage bin right after I received them.
