Total rip off. Ordered toy elephant and cheap knock-off arrived broken wrapped in black plastic garbage bag. No box. Refuse full refund. Only agreed to 50% refund and we keep broken toy! Still waiting for refund.

Chinese scammers sending junk knock-offs. Very cheap stuff. Refunds rare when, not it, it breaks.
