I have purchased several items and appreciate the designs, patterns and styles. One concern is regarding the combined sizing -- the Small/Medium items I have purchased tend to be very large, and there aren't enough Extra Small options.

I only gave 4 stars because I've never experienced their returns process until now so not sure how that will go and wish some items especially cotton non stretchy —-were offered a bit larger.
First time with a top will remember to order. Xxl no matter what size chart says. As a bit snug over bust.

The dress I ordered is a bit short in the body though. I feel the waist is too high but because it comes with belt it can be managed.

The product it's really nice and I love it, perfect size and all. Just the marketing it's a bit misleading because it looks like more antique rose but it's much more bubble gum rose in person, but I love it anyway.
Delivery was not okay because it took almost 20 working days when I paid 20€ for fast delivery.
But overall it's nice quality.
The checkout was pianfull.If I have a store credit and I manually type rewards i.e 449 points, it will give me an error message that I do not have ample rewards or something. It is when I used a lesser reward point, it allowed me to checkout. The site needs to be user friendly. The cart keeps getting empty out after some time and user has to add the items again and again.
Good with customer service was helpful. I will go back again if I have more budget to spend. Maybe next time more than one item. This is time was just trial how I am happy with this brand. I am happy.
