Order arrived ok, but not happy with product size. Didn't return it because of postage cost
My return took 16 business days to process, item was cute, but sleeves were too short. Not sure I will shop there again due to how long it took to receive a refund.
Everything was good. Beautiful earrings, as advertised and shipped promptly.
The dresses were better quality than I imagined and came in a timely manner. I was very satisfied with the experience!
**Update: After submitting this review, Chicwish reached out and said my package was on route with a third party company to USPS which is why it wasn't showing shipped on USPS. They then said they'd refund my shipping fee IF I CHANGED MY REVIEW and gave them 4 or 5 stars. I said I will absolutely not lie to people. I did eventually receive my package a few days after that email. So just be aware that if you order, it's coming from China, not California like the company data would like to indicate, and it will take 3-4 weeks, closer to 4 for me. Don't make last minute orders.
Original review in mid to late August: I wish I could review my product, but I ordered on July 26,2024 and have yet to receive anything. It said I would receive my order in 7-10 days. I didn't even get a shipping notice until August 7,2024. That package hasn't been delivered to USPS yet and it is now 2 days later. It's a bit frustrating. I paid for shipping with ChicWish. I don't pay for shipping with other companies and get my products within a few days. This seems ridiculous. And they don't actually let you submit a complaint or concern anywhere on their website. You just get an AI bot that says it's been shipped, even when it hasn't been yet, and then nothing. It's told me that since before I even got a shipping email. My tracking number shows it hasn't been delivered to USPS. It's all nonsense. Zero customer service.

I got this as a present for my sister since she loves Halloween, the quality is really good and the design is super fun and festive, love it!
I lost the password I created for my account and for some reason I never received the link to reset my pw. I reached out to customer service to fix the issue they asked me to create an account which I couldn't because the account already existed. They asked me to create another account which I did. I had to return my order because it fit me big and now, nobody is getting back to me. I show the return was already received and yet the credit is not in my account. Very disappointed as to how hard this has been.
Bought 3 dresses to choose for my wedding reception as well as daughter's christening. Was looking for an elegant dress that would stand out without it being overly simple and dull. They were all great and very cheap price. They look sophisticated and stunning.
Beautiful and elevating flowy skirt. I loved this skirt and how it completes my look for every occasion.

Have not received my refund on dress returned in the 30 day window and in the proceeding 10 business days as stated on company's return policy. No response from chat bot and no customer service number available. Worst company ever.
It was an easy online experience. It took awhile to arrive. I liked the dress but it didn't fit.
