Took 4 weeks to arrive but no communication on the fact that products were out of stock when I ordered - and paid!
Only got information on dates delivery following 2 messages from me.
Products are nice
I thought the images looked nice and kept appealing to me so I finally placed an order, it was exactly the type of cardigan I was looking for, great colour, nice and thick to keep me warm.
After placing my order, the status of the order stayed at processing. After a week I used the chat option to check on the status and it said the order had shipped. A few days after that I did receive an email with a shipping tracking number. It took about 3.5 weeks to receive my order. Even though the status stayed at processing, I did receive it and I'm very pleased with my purchase.
I've ordered a lot of beautiful pieces from Chicwish and almost 90% of them I wear often because they are so beautiful. The only complaint is it takes a while to ship to you.
Was originally sent the wrong dress, then the right dress but in the wrong size. Everything was fixed and taken care of thankfully - happy with the final result!
I have had really good luck buy clothes from Chicwish.
The filter in the shop should have more varieties to search.
I like the way how the shop determines the correct size of clothes and the quality of clothes is truly good.
The dress resembled the picture on site, unfortunately it was too small for my bust and I had to return it.
Never received one item and I wasn't informed that it was out of stock when I was buying this and I wasnt informed that it hasnt been sent it to me. I cancelled this item and my money was refunded to my account.

I ordered two items on 16th February, my skirt arrived but the top wasn't with it and had to be delivered separately. I wanted both for an outfit on 9th March. The top arrived on the 11th March which was frustrating.
Overall I was happy with the products but the wait time was annoying.

No problem with anything. I was a bit apprehensive about the sizes. I'm between size 10 S and 12 M. I've ordered size 12 M and that was definitely the right decision., it fits perfectly X
