Clear and easy to use website, fast delivery even before the scheduled date

Received my order in time. Just my skirt is a little tight, even though I ordered my size.

In won't be buying again. I went to return a skirt that cost me $45 and the postage was $21 which I think is ridiculous. I would much prefer to buy from online stores that provide return postage for under $10 like The Iconic and Shein.

I'd hoped my order would have arrived sooner as I'd wanted to wear one of the items to a specific event. Quality of the items I selected is decent but the quality of the Lucky Bag items was poorer - I should have realised it was too good to be true - it was a strange mix of things including a sparkly skirt (might be useful as fancy dress) a cheap looking summer dress, poorly fitting top, Christmas socks, a cheap belt and a weird bone themed ring. Can't return Lucky Bag items, so I guess I'll try to sell or give to charity. Won't be using chicwish again.

Excited to get my order, only to be completely disappointed with what I received. Sizes are not accurate and the sweater arms were so tight I could barely get it on. Tried to return, but accidently sent to Amazon with another return, so I am still out the money.

This is a scam site. The items I received are garbage, but I'm stuck with them because this company forces customers to pay for shipping. Clearly a tactic to ensure everyone keeps the cheap garbage they receive because they know shipping is expensive and it's unreasonable to expect customers to pay to return items they already paid for.

The true test will be when I get something that doesn't fit well and I have to return it from Canada.

I paid for faster shipping so it would arrive sooner, but apparently the dress was on back order. I was not informed of this. I had to reach out after waiting 2 weeks to find out what was happening. I did receive the dress 4 weeks after I ordered it, but unfortunately it was a week late for the event I wanted it for

The website is easy to navigate and there were tons of photos of different people wearing the item I was looking at while they were out in the real world. That really helps see what it will look like on me!
