I hadn't bought anything from Chicwish before so I wasn't sure what the quality would be, but I was pleasantly surprised
Items purchased are great, super quality.
Only negative feedback is about the delivery process, took way longer then expected, received the package way after my holiday, also emails about the delivery were confusing, received "delivered" emails multiple times, way before package was actually delivered. Not sure if it's the system, or what causes this.
Not happy with quality of material and sizing, seems product will come all different ways, not the same every time, even when purchasing the same item and size but in different color...Very frustrating and disappointing...
I'm overall quite satisfied with everything, the first time that I was able to keep all of the items I ordered. However I wish everything would have arrived in the same package, overall I received the 7 items in 4 different packages, so much plastic waste!
I am still wondering about the sizes, fitting and return policy but the experience has been great besides the long time for delivery ;)
Several abortive attempts with Paypal. Nearly gave up. Eventually OK with card. Frustrating. Nice clothes though!

I loved the images online for the products online for years, very nice styling but everything is polyester and very small. Ok if you are a petite woman. I suppose they make them to suit a small person not normal European sizing. I think they should base sizes on marks and Spencer sizing as it's more realistic. ( uk brand)
Chicwish does a great job at inspiring the customers and works hard to show how the styles could work for you with illustrative videos and ways to wear the outfit. Unfortunately I did not like the fabric enough to keep the item I purchased, and had to return. I would not make a judgment on the company based on just one item, so may try them again as they do offer some lovely styles.
Has to wait a few weeks for order - I had to chase it up a couple of times but the skirt is lovely
I ordered a dress and was expecting it to be delivered after the said order processing time.
Nothing happened and I contacted the chat to ask about shipping information. Then I was told the dress was not in stock and they were waiting for it to be produced. That was no information I had received before and if I hadn't asked no one would have told me. If I had known that from the beginning I wouldn't have purchased the dress.
When I finally received the dress, summer season was already over where I live… I'm not happy with this shopping experience.
Purchased an xs denim pants but they are definitely not true to the size. They are absolutely too big. More like an XL I'd say
The quality of the product is good, but the price is too high in my opinion. Return of goods within Europe is subject to a fee.
