Shipping takes a while, but I was overall very pleased with my purchases. One of the items I received was damaged and customer service was quick to respond and send a replacement.
I was surprised my dress was coming from China! But thrilled when it arrived quite quickly.
No problems, everything was delivered on time. I really like the sweater.

The items came quicker than expected, which is great. I wasn't completely happy with the fit of one sweater, so I used the free return with store credit. My return shows it was delivered to the return address, but I haven't heard back about the status of my credit...
I cannot get off your survey site. I chose not to answer the survey. The only way I found, was to take my time, which I did not want to spend, to answer your survey. Please think about that practice and consider opting out easier.

I love the style, quality and the great prices. I did have to returned half the order due to poor sizing or quality issue. Many of the clothing are size small/med and med/large which is difficult to judge if it will fit well.
Note: the quality issue was not with the fabric but with an ugly seam on a shirt.

Incredibly poor communication. Half of my order didn't arrive initially - there was a note included that said that there would be a new tracking number provided and there never was. I followed up with contact 3 times before I got an answer. Quality is pretty poor. I instantly wanted to return everything. The process to return is confusing, and then I discover that returns from Australia is an eye-watering $40AUD... it's honestly not worth the stress. The clothes in reality don't fit anything like as shown on the website. Avoid avoid avoid.
