It was so easy to order I just had to follow the prompts.
I purchased two skirts from Chicwish. The one skirt I received two weeks after I placed the order. When I went online to determined the status of my 2nd skirt, the website didn't even list the skirt as part of the order. I could not figure out why the skirt wasn't showing up as even pending. It took two emails to Chicwish to even get any acknowledgment of the 2nd skirt. It finally was shipped 3 weeks after the initial order! This took way too ship to me! The website says shipment occurs within 8-10 days, not three weeks! Poor communication on Chicwish's part.
Dress purchased was quite nice even though the fabric was cheap. However it was way too small. Tried to organize an exchange but even though that option offered a Free Return Address Label it's limited to US and UK. This is not made clear anywhere on their Returns page. The cost of postage to return is almost much as the item. Won't ever see that refund! DO NOT PURCHASE from this site.
Loved the dress, fit perfectly. Came on time and was notified every step of the way, everything you could have asked for in a shop!

Returns are a pain, measure and decide if you will truly enjoy the piece before purchasing.
I returned the non fitting dress and it has been a month and I have yet to hear about my refund. These dresses are beautiful and the price reflects that. I just don't like or trust the return process. On the fence if I will order again, or if my refund will go through.
