Missing item shipped separately. Delay in receiving item
I returned one of the items. I was not able to print up the return shipping label. I tried several times and several emails to your company but still was not able to print up shipping label return. So I ended up having to pay upfront to return via USPS. Then I was still charged an additional $5.90 for Label Fee that I never received. I even put a note in the package saying that I paid for my own shipping and in my return notice I am still charged. I would like to be credited the additional $5.90 for the label fee that I never was able to print up.
