They have a lot of items to pick from in styles I don't find everywhere. I like a little feminine flair in blouses and sweaters, without being juvenile. They have it here!

It took a couple weeks for it to arrive. Not a big deal since it was something I knew I didn't need right away.
I love this sweater! It is definitely a step above the usual cream sweater. I feel like I can throw it on with about anything in my closet. I'm sure it will be a go to item all fall and winter long. The fit was great. Not too big or small.

It took over a month to receive. I ordered for a specific event and it didn't arrive on time even with expedited shipping.Never again.
I placed the order on the 12th of September, the items appeared all to be in stock at the time of purchase and I also paid for the express shipping. I should have received the order in about 2 weeks. Since I heard nothing from the shop, I sent a question about my order, 2 weeks after, when as per the initial plan, I should have expected the shipment. I was told that one of the item was not in stock and the shipment was waiting for the stock replenishment for that item. I received the shipment 4 weeks after the order. Situations like this can be solved differently: maybe a question if I want to drop the specific item; maybe a partial shipment or anything else than silence and a charge for an express delivery that has never happened!
The product is incredible. The delivery time and communication from the company went beyond my expectations. Would recommend to anyone
The clothes are great, but you will wait for them. It did not used to be this way. At least customer service responds
ChicWish has the site with the best, most feminine clothes. Never cheap looking.
I received the skirt much later than the top even though I ordered them together. Both were I'll fitting and so had to be returned.
Had a bit of issue paying but once it worked everything was simple and the skirt arrived fast

Loading issues on website sometimes, but good overall
The shipping took a very long time for the order to arrive then the options for the refund or store credit are okay, not great but better then nothing and better then other online stores that I've used.
They say processing is 3/4 days but don't state when products are on pre order

So disappointed that I was sick and didn't make it to my Halloween party…but I'll be ready for next year!
Everything was exactly as it appeared online and fit well. Shipping takes long since it's international, which I didn't realize when ordering, but everything got here. The one shirt that didn't fit I thought would be tough to return, considering the international shipping, but there was a US address for returns, which made things very easy.
Happy with the purchase. Would recommend.

I was sceptical at first when seeing the reviews about the store but I would definitely recommend them as the clothing I bought from was high quality and my delivery did not take that long to come. My only problem I have was that I didn't receive a confirmation email but it did state my order was confirmed on their sight, I wasn't able to track my order but still receive my items within an reasonable time
