Good quality. I ordered 3 items. 2 shipped on time, but the 3rd item was delayed in shipping by 2 weeks. But overall liked what I got

I love your skirts. However, I was very disappointed when I was informed I was not going to receive it. The refund is on my Visa card but I would have preferred the skirt. It had a longer lining in it which is what I like.

Easy to order and was able to keep a track on my order. I was advised the parcel was out for delivery and advise me when it was delivered.

When my dress didn't ship with in the states business days, I waited a couple extra weeks and then checked in via chat. The chat back was just that it hadn't shipped yet. No timeline was given or anything.

I ordered one skirt but unfortunately didn't change the address on the shipping information. I tried to reach out to your company but never heard from you. I ended up reordering the skirt a second time to made sure I would receive it on time. A month later I still haven't heard back from anyone from ChicWish. I don't even know if the skirt was returned. I do not have communication with the people that live in my old address.

I ordered 2 skirts in different colours but the same size. They arrived and 1 was the wrong size (too small) but in beautiful condition, and the other was the correct size but it arrived crushed, wrinkled and unwearable. I spent over an hour ironing each layer of the skirt to be able to wear it.

Excellent service and delivery, great product but slightly tight on the band.

From checking out the skirt online to purchasing to receiving, things went really smooth. It was not complicated, the product arrived within the time Chicwish said it would.

I found the site to be a little difficult to navigate. I needed to order (3) purple bat skirts. The "find my size" button was a bit of a nightmare because once I answered all the questions, chose my size and added to the cart, the site was not user friendly to go back and add the other (2) skirts. Somehow, I added (3) skirts all in the same size; (2) skirts should've been the same size and (1) a different size. I didn't realize my error until a day later when I was checking my tracking. I immediately opened the chat and the customer service team was really awesome. They cancelled my order and received the refund in my account relatively quickly. Thankfully, I had time to place another order with accurate sizes. I just didn't use the "find my size" button.

Both items I purchased need to be returned, but they seem to do a good job with returning - especially with a US vs China address. Having trouble though printing a return label as they keep sending a screenshot of the link and not a workable link.

Products are nice, but the delivery takes too much time.

Live the clothing at chic wish. It is not overpriced and is very stylish.

Ordered the dress as had previously seen it advertised. Lovely fit and design.

First time ordering from ChicWish, and naturally I was a bit skeptical. However, items were received and were super cute. Shipping was a bit slower than what I am used to, but overall am happy and would buy from this company again.

Purchase was easy and delivery was fast. Items came in a single box and were packaged well.
