Love the clothes and I can generally trust the sizing. Shipping is somewhat slow but now that I know that I plan in advance.
Skirt way too big and cheap material. T shirt was also poor quality.
I love a lot of the products but they can be expensive compared to other stores for same quality and having to pay for returns makes it difficult to make purchases. I would shop more if returns were not so costly.
I always get lots of compliments whenever I wear any of my pieces from Chicwish. It's good quality and I appreciate the free shipping.

Problems with my size being in stock caused a long delivery period without being informed as to why.
Would not order again. The dress smelled like armpits and did not fit good at all. Top was big bottom was tight and short. Did not even wear it.
Items are inexpensive and you can tell by the quality of fabrics. But they suit a purpose. Shipping takes a long time and returns are not that easy.
They did a lot of advertising for the skirt I ordered, but they didn't have it in stock when I bought it. Had to wait for a while. And it was not the quality I expected.
One broken item - that is received a refund for rather quickly, so that's a plus.
I liked the outfit and ordered it. It was exactly what I thought it would look like and it was a perfect fit.
So the return process was very confusing.
If I hadn't contacted customer support I don't think I would have gotten my exchange. It also took 2 months to get all my items.
BUT I will say customer service was always responsive and helpful. I did recently recieve everything and it's all very good quality.
Lovely items but the webpage keeps stalling. I had to refresh and Press the buttons several times before navigating to where i wanted to go.
It would be nice if it was easier to search the items. I was searching on Ruched long sleeve top and so One would think that all the colors in this particular top would lie in the top of the search but it was mixed with other tops. Bit confusing when i just wanted to see which colors it came in.

I wish shipping was quicker. I ordered the shirt to match my toddler and I thought I ordered in enough time but the skirt arrived 2 days late.
Although I find it difficult to know what size to order for your items, I do look at others reviews to see what has been said.
I did order this with a rush and it arrived within a few days!
