The products are cheaply made, and no customer service exists so they get to keep the money, they don't want to honor returns and they are a company based in CHINA!

The variety on offer at ChicWish is pretty impressive. I'd say you could find anything you needed for any occasion here. The quality of material is good for the price. My only gripe would be the lack of clarity in terms of shipping and timing. I wasn't sure when my purchase would arrive, since that was never clear throughout the customer journey. I work from home so it wasn't too big of an issue, but it does make planning a little difficult. Order in advance if in doubt.
If it doesn't fit i hope returns are easy. I did not like the skirt on me.

Great service and communication of status of order delivery
The clothing from this site is above and beyond! But I dread needing to communicate with the company - they take a very long time to respond (by email only!) and I may not be able to get the results I was hoping for. But yet again, here I am buying more clothes from them because they have the best for the price!
It can be difficult to reach someone with issues on orders. But the items themselves are very good quality.
Awesome styles. Chicwish always has excellent quality products. And you need to return anything their customer service helps you with every step. This company is excellent.
I've ordered numerous items over the last 4 years or so. Never disappoints. The prices are great, and quality is top notch. Styles are not too trendy and timeless.

This business utilizes unfair practices with returns, putting shoppers into positions wherein only a time-machine or psychic skills would give them justice. I ordered an item on 15 September. I (finally) received the skirt on 15 October. When I went to return it, I was told I had 25 days FROM TIME OF ORDER to initiate a return for a refund. The smart reader of this review will recognize that I had not yet received the order by then. But alas, in Chicwish's world of customer service, I should have anticipated the return and started the process by paying $5+ dollar for a return item form dated within the 25 days of order. In my world, however, that seems wasteful, pessimistic, and rather stupid.
