Customer service was great. Sizing varied a lot by product
Do not order this if you are in a hurry. If you have plenty of time it is a great skirt.
Returned as sizing too small. It was difficult to work out how to return with a return label. Just bought my own and took to post office.
It took a bit longer to arrive, but otherwise good experience. I just find it not worth to send the not perfectly fitting pieces back (I probably wouldn't buy some things if I try them in a store and see how they fit). But that is the known risk in on-line shopping.
All good - the quality is totally worth the price here - I would say - elevated.

The dresses were ok not so great, I had to follow up on the order as there was no communication for more than a week after I ordered the clothes. They sent the dresses only after I inquired about them

Gorgeous products. Only downside is the length of time the products took to arrive.
I ordered my skirt and top the beginning of November thinking it would arrive well before Thanksgiving which is when I wanted to wear it. However, as the date got closer I realized I would not get it in time. So I canceled my order. Then 6 days later it arrives. I believe as soon as I canceled my order it got magically shipped that day so that I couldn't cancel it. Since then it's been emails back and forth from different people. I need to return the items as I cannot use them now. Very disappointed in the customer service and the amount of time it took to receive the package: a whole month.
I ordered a skirt for a party on 23 November. Didn't get shipping notice until 4 December. That's 10 days later and it says it won't be here for another 7 to 10 days. I ordered it for a party probably won't even get it on time. Thanks a lot. The tracking doesn't even tell me hardly anything so far not happy!
Received my order and needed to exchange my top. Anxiously awaiting it's arrival for Christmas pictures/party!
I love my items, but it took nearly 3 weeks to receive my order. Definitely not the site to use if you're in a hurry!
