Item was not as expected. Recommended size was too small. Order processing and shipping takes a very long time. Not worth it.

Ordered a skirt and it arrived on time and nicely made.
I placed an order for a blazer, but after the order was placed the tracking information sent to me never worked. I wasn't sure if I was duped or not. Shipping took longer than I would have liked and poor tracking information. Had to send emails to Chicwish in order to get information.
It takes a long time before the products arrive. The products do not match the description on the website. Returning them costs a lot of money since (for Europe) you have to send the items to another country and the company reduces the restitution with 'labeling costs', which is ridiculous if the product is in the exact same state as it arrives in.
They are just looking for a way to make as much money as possible with low quality products, by making the costumer pay ridiculous costs that are not mentioned on the website at the moment of purchase. Not really worth it.
Bought from here before. Clothes are as you see online. Good quality and nice fit. Something special at a good price
Communication is non existent. The tracking was showing "processing" and I almost given up on the package until I found it under my front door one day.
