The first blouse was damaged but I emailed snd received a quick response that a new blouse would be sent.

I recently purchased the dress and it was too big so I set up an exchange for the smaller size.
The process was easy and quick to do.

To receive poor quality items, and then have to pay a substantial amount to return them made this very unpleasant experience

Shopping experience was great, payment process was painless. Shipping and communication were good. I was not trying to rush any shipping so I was happy with the timeline. Packaging was great, return tags were clear. I would definitely order from them again.

I chose the dress based on reviews and the color, pattern etc. Upon receiving, I found that it was of very poor quality, the stitching piled up around the shoulders, and the fabric was of poor quality with the thread used for stitching visible, i.e., the technique was not good either. I could not believe I had spent 70$+ on the dress, which I felt was worth only 20. I understand how dropshipping businesses like yours work, but I was not expecting the difference in quality to be so drastically poor.

I am very happy that I found this online store. Here I found those things that I have long dreamed of. I really like that this brand presents very feminine things. The quality is really very good. I am delighted. I already have 2 dresses 3 skirts and 2 blouses, and I hope to continue to add to my collection. The technical support is very responsive, thank you for your help.
