It took close to 4 weeks to receive my order. Customer service was very responsive but they were not able to give me a usable tracking number until a few days before the order arrived. I was worried it wouldn't come in time for what I needed. It ended up working out and I love the clothes. But wish I could have had a tracking number or a better estimate of shipping earlier in the process.
This time there was an issue with the delivery address, and the package got returned to sender. I communicated with ChicWish Customer Service right away and they solved the delivery. Very pleased with how fast I got my package after that.
Was easy to order but takes a long time to receive
I almost never order online, as I'm not one to return items that don't work for me. I took a chance with ChicWish, and I'm happy that I did. All the items (three sweaters and a knit dress) that I received were of good quality. The shipping times were good, also. I wouldn't hesitate to order from this company again. The only thing I regret is that I'm too old to wear some of their fresh, young styles-they're so pretty! C'est la vie.
Good collection of tops and skirts, I got a different collection. Many of them are really nice, will definitely buy again.

It was a great color. Fit wasn't too off and you can adjust the top of the dress from the tie straps. It just made me look like I was 50 lbs heavier and I'm 5'8 145lbs. Too top was a little loose, I'm a 36B. Ordered a size Medium and really wanted it to work but I couldn't.

I usually do not write reviews, but this time I'll be sharing my thoughts. I made a purchase 1 month ago which by the way it hasn't arrived, and one day after my purchase I did a return for a previous order.
In my opinion, this company deserves an F grade. This is the first time I have to deal with such a bad company.The customer service is the worst, they don't even have a phone number to get in contact with them. The only way is through chat, and they don't answer the messages. I have been trying to contact them around 7 times asking for an update on my return and my order. They only answered me one time regarding the order status, but no information about my refund was provided.
So if you are thinking of buying from them think twice, because it will be a nightmare. Do not trust Facebook or Instagram advertising of this company, because they are just scam artists.
