I ordered 3 weeks ago and finally got tired of waiting for my order so I decided to cancel. I have been trying to get ahold of their customer service with no luck. Finally someone emailed that it was already shipped. I checked my order on the website and it still says it's processing! What a waste of money and time. This is the worst customer service I've had on a site in a long while.
All products except one with a damaged zipper (which I had returned) are good. However, when I checked my shipment tracking on the website, it always showed a 'processing' status without mentioning whether it had been sent or not. Then, one day, the package arrived at my door.
It was a good positive experience from placing order and being kept informed on progress of delivery
The outfit was just perfect and absolutely loved it.

The quality of the garment is above average in relation to its price value.
The shipping however though takes forever! Even if you pay for a 5 day shipping, you still get it a month later, so what is the point of paying extra for shipment if it doesn't arrive faster at all?
