I have ordered 3 things so far. I have overall been happy with the product. Shipping is a little spotty but I did at least receive my order.
The shipping is very deceiving, it reads as if it will ship quickly but this is NOT the case. Beware if you need something earlier than 1 month. Also canceling the order is also not possible even though the website appears as though you can.
I received my yellow bag extremely late and although the bag is nice and appears to be of good quality it was useless to me having arrived 2 weeks after my event.
It was a fast delivery and all items were just as seen
A simple process to order and have it delivered to my front door is a plus.
So far seamless, but once my clothing arrives I can be a better judge of the overall experience. Seeing the skirt&top in person& a good fit will be the main factor.
I ordered a skirt and a belt, and my impressions are as follows. The skirt would be great if the lining was of better quality and if it didn't stick to the body. Like this, the lining ruined the whole impression.
The belt is unfinished in my opinion. Since it is tied, it should have been complete in the colour I chose. However, the back of the belt is the reverse of the material it is made of.
As for the delivery service, I have no complaints.
Clothing looked a bit different on the web to what I got
The dress ended up arriving on time for my event. I paid for expedited shipping, but it took days for it to ship out. I reached out and despite getting notifications that it would arrive after the 3-5 business days that I paid for- it arrived on time.
When you take a chance on a new company and fall in love with their clothes! That's been my experience!

My items came and they are beautiful, it was a surprise as I had no idea that they had shipped.
The style is very feminine and stylish. Recommend to all ladies who love contemporary mashed with vintage.
Over all I like stuff on chickwish and trust it more than most of other affordable online retailers. I haven't had a need to return something yet so can't comment on their customer service part but the clothes have been decent enough for the price paid
It took a while for my order to ship and when it shipped there was no tracking provided so it was a guessing game. Since then i have order other items and the tracking service has been on point so it could have been a one off or a system issue.
