I was very happy with my experience with Chicwish. This was my first purchase from them so I didn't know what to expect. I ordered a dress in large, returned it, and re-ordered in an extra large. It was easy to return the first dress, and I got my refund promptly.
Received items in a timely manner. Items were very nice and trendy. I highly recommend others to order from ChicWish.

I find the quality of ChicWish is hit or miss. Overall quality is also hit or miss.
I ordered a small based on the sizing chart, even though it put me at a medium and it was still too big.
Another disaster from this awful company. Please do not be fooled by their Facebook ads like I was - the products are cheap and nasty. This dress was ordered on 4 April, it finally was delivered on 7 May, long after the event I wanted to wear it for (they advertise 7-12 day delivery). I asked customer service to refund the order before it was sent as the date was missed, they refused to do so and sent it anyway. I haven't even opened it and I now have to pay for a return. By the way, if you leave a low star review they then hassle you to change it and offer store credit and discounts for doing so! I attach their email screenshot to prove this statement. This is how their ratings are so high… so do yourself a favour, shop somewhere else.
I am hugely disappointed with the whole Chicwish experience. The only simple part was ordering… since then it has been a disaster. The order took a long time to arrive & when it did the clothes were crammed into a tiny plastic bag so arrived super crumpled. The skirt is horrible cheap polyester and way too long (I am 5 foot 6 and it drags on the floor) and the top is a see-thru disaster of loose threads, i didn't even bother trying it on. The dress I cannot comment on as 4 weeks after ordering it never arrived. This is Shein quality at Ted Baker prices - do NOT be seduced by the pretty Facebook photos, your garment will look nothing like this! Oh, and customer service don't reply to emails either. AVOID! Since writing my review Christal from Chicwish has offered me store credit to change my review to 4 or 5 stars! This company is DISHONEST!
But I had one item I returned for store credit and am waiting to see how I will be able to redeem it.
