Product took 4 weeks to arrive. Would be cautious of this for any future orders.
It would have been nice if I got the other item I purchased as I was looking forward to it… Sad part is, had I not reach out to their customer service, I wouldn't have known that it's already out of stock. Anyway,I was refunded nonetheless and their action was quick. The items are really nice and good quality. Thank you.
I had very low expectation, this was my first time. But I was happy with my purchase!
All the pieces I ordered are beautiful and cute, but I had to return some for the size and the returning process was not easy or free.
I ordered 4 tops. One arrived. I got no response from Chicwish to my three inquiries about the remaining tops. It took a complaint to PayPal for them to send the remaining three items. You can't call Chicwish, the only contact is through their online chat -- it said that they would respond within a day, but they never responded.

The dress I ordered is even more beautiful in person! It's stunning. I can't wait to wear it! It's a must-have in your closet. I ordered the dress in a small and medium and kept the small. Medium was way too big on me.

I was concerned that one skirt hadn't been posted with my order. I contacted customer service and within a few hours they sent a reassuring reply. Skirt had been posted separately.
I bought a beautiful floaty, maxi skirt a couple of years ago from ebay. Who, I wondered, had made this gorgeous skirt?
Looked inside and found a label with the name "Chicwish".
It didn't take long for me to find their site online and begin browsing the wonderful selection of maxi skirts.
I now own 13 of these beautiful skirts...so floaty. So romantic...I absolutely love them.
I'm 5ft 41/2 and love my skirts to just sweep the floor so these are perfect.
My last skirt, purchased from Chicwish, is a repeat of the very first one I bought! It's always been my favourite...long, floaty, yellow.I feel like I'm always walking in sunshine when I wear it.
So...if you're wondering whether or not to buy one of these skirts I can only say."Do it".

Delivery was within expected timescale. Only comes packaged in plastic, does not feel special when arrives, however it is not an expensive skirt and so I guess you get what you pay for.
Did not receive what was advertised. The material was cheap and not as described the tailoring was poor
