Good quality products, but long sipping, products coming from Hong Kong
My order came in two shipments. One pretty soon after I ordered, the other several weeks later. It was almost so long that if I had to ship them both back I would have missed the return deadline on the first one. It took a really long time for the second dress to arrive and I didn't love it so I returned it. I probably wouldn't order again because it took so long.
Items looked great in picture but when received, items not as described and damaged.
The quality and fabric of the 3 dresses I've bought have all been great. Great designs!

I ordered an item on May 2nd hoping to get it before May27th for an event thinking they have enough time to deliver the product. Not only they didn't deliver the product but they haven't even shipped it by May 22nd. I did multiple follow ups and no response except the same message every single time saying they found a defect in the product and will sort the issue soon. Since I won't get the product on time, I decided to cancel the order and no surprise here, they can't even confirm the cancellation! Pathetic customer service!

I ordered 2 dresses for a wedding, one for myself and one for my mom and paid for express shipping. It took forever to get an update on the dresses - once I got it, I figured both dresses were shipped. I was wrong, 1 dress showed up the day before and no sign of the dress that I ordered for my mom.
Unfortunately, she had to scramble to find a dress for the wedding day of and we still don't have any confirmation of the dress ordered for her. Truly a disappointing and frustrating process.
UPDATE: ChicWish customer service reached out and was able to refund the purchase of the dress that didn't show up plus the shipping.
Shipment took longer than expected. Experience was very good as the quality of stitching and fabric exceeded my expectations!

Good site with lovely clothing. Uncomplicated shopping experience with good prices. The sizes could be more inclusive for all outfits however because you get the feeling that a lot of the crop lace tops that I like run small or aren't available for women who have ampler bosoms. I feel left out in these item categories. But the skirts are pretty much inclusive.
