Cheap products. Two months plus to get delivered. Instant credit card charge. No online updates. First shipment lost or delivered elsewhere. Fake tracking in Mandarin without translation. "We shipped it, here is the tracking", even though it was not actually sent until I complained to customer service, which is an automated robot responding. Save yourself the headache.
Took over 3 weeks as came from China maybe make it clear this is a Chinese company so other people realise it will take a while for products to arrive
Chicwish responses to delayed shipment were extremely unprofessional in that email came from random individual's address and had awful grammar, to the point I thought I'd been scammed and had to get a new credit card! Customer service eventually set everything right in my book though.
Was looking for a few pieces for my trip to Italy! Happy to have found this brand
I bought two dresses early May from chiciwish. Shipping and Processing did take a while but it wasn't too long as I ordered them well before memorial day. The dresses were beautiful and well made with several layers of fabric. I will be shopping again soon.

Brand new to Chic Wish - have tested with a top! I am a size 6 - 8 and fed up with everyone going down the "relaxed fit"route...for me at 5ft 1" this just equals baggy! So you faux wrap white top XS looks promising, fingers crossed.
This dress is amazing so flattering and perfect for my upcoming holiday. I can't wait to wear it. Exactly as described. The only thing I had to do was have it taken up a couple of inches because it was a bit too long for me abs I don't wear heels (I'm 5'4).

The process of placing my order was smooth. The returning process was such a headache and it came with a cost that didn't worth it. The dress I ordered was so pretty, but I wanted to return it because it just didn't work out for me. However, I ended up keeping that dress because the return was not free. I would recommend thinking twice before placing an order. No doubts on the quality of dresses though!
I order an extra large thinking it was going to be too small a large one and it end being too big. But I still wore it. I had it alter a little bit in the waist. The color and length was perfect for what I need it. A formal event during the day. I recommend it to order your actual size and don't size up.
I have been trying to return the item and get a refund for weeks but with no luck. Your customer service has ignored me completely so I have IP. Will not be ordering from you again

The dress feels, fits, and looks amazing. The problem is I payed for the fastest shipping method available, but the dress took forever to be shipped from the store. Therefore, it arrived later than expected, and I couldn't wear it in the event I bought it for.
