I have placed this order and needed the clothes for an event abroad. Unfortunately, there were delays due to the unavailability of the product and the parcel did not make it on time. Also, I have requested an exchange for a smaller size and I have not heard back yet.

The dress was great - exactly as pictured and quality was also good. The shipping was not great. It took over two weeks to be processed and only seemed to process when I asked for my order to be canceled, which they never did.

My Cotton Candy Sheer Midi Dress in Cream was a perfect fit for me. I ordered an M size and it was beautiful for my graduation ceremony. Only delay was delivery it takes 10 days minimum. So placing the order 2 weeks prior is recommended. Apart from that the price was totally worth it for the quality and fit. Overall it was a great shopping experience from Chicwish. Thank you!

Don't order for special occasions. They will sell you items not in stock without reflecting that on the site. You find out when the package arrives and your item is missing. No customer service #, only email. Even though they took your money, you're then told you have to wait for it to restock and re-ship. Bad business
**Update- after posting my 1 star review, I received an email from CHICWISH offering me a 20% refund to revise my review by giving a 4/5 star rating!
There was a month between ordering and receiving the products, which always makes me question whether it will be legit, but I have to admit; I was positively surprised. Quality was decent, products were as advertised and (so far) have not had to pay additional tax so I am happy with the purchases.
Good experience, I received the dress very fast. I was extremely impressed and would definitely buy from ChicWish again.
