I've purchased a few times over the years with ChicWish and am never disappointed. The fabric is quality and if you follow the measurement guide it's always on point. One of their long sweaters became a family members favorite to wear on special occasions. It's a must try if you haven't purchased on the site before.
This was my first time using Chic Wish and when my packages had not shipped within 3 weeks, I thought I had been scammed. However, chic wish customer services communicated the reason for the delay and notified me when my package shipped. Communication put me at ease.
I placed an order on May 23, but it is now June 13, and I am facing several issues with my order.
One part of my order has arrived, but I am not satisfied with the quality. I cannot return the item because the other half of my order has not arrived, despite it being three weeks late. Part of my order is still missing. I cannot check the order status on your website as the order number is invalid. The customer service button on your website is not working. I chose priority mail (6-8 days) to ensure I received my order before an event, but it did not arrive on time.
I am extremely frustrated with this experience and need immediate assistance to resolve these issues.
