Delivery was fairly quick, products are good quality. I was a little nervous to order from here, but pleasantly surprised.

Not the fastest delivery so I wouldn't order anything needed urgently. But I am so happy with the dress! Perfect fit and so pretty.

Literally zero complaints here. I was a little apprehensive about ordering from here, because I thought I'd receive Shein-level quality at Zara/American retail prices 😂 But that's not the case at all. Everything that I have ordered has been of a very thick and high quality material, nothing has been see-through, no loose threads or sloppy stitching. Genuinely the same quality, if not BETTER, than most American retailers.

Ordered an outfit, its arrived and looks nothing like what it suggested it would. Trying to return the item and the website is showing as wrong order number, I have copied and pasted the order number and tried variations of the order number and nothing is working. The website has no contact information and the support email keeps bouncing back! Dont waste your money.
This was my second time ordering from Chicwish. The delivery was on time. The clothes were how it was described. And will definitely recommend and order from them again.

Great product, good price but shipping takes a long time. I'm still waiting for a refund on one of the items as well. But would definitely recommend shopping here if you have the patience for the transactional things.
Easy purchase however didn't realise the skirts were coming separately. Both skirts should be the same size and style ie maxi flowing chiffon. Both are beautiful but one was 2 inches longer than the other and the other was considerably tighter to pull on.
