Although 7-10 days from dispatch, it took 4 weeks to receive
I only received 3 out of my 5 items.one of them was too big for me. The return procedure is very complicated. Too difficult to return the product. On the other hand I still haven't received the other 2 items12
I received my skirt in a week or a little over. The quality is ok. It is not a tailored fit but extremely stretchy and not very flattering. I was dubious about Chicwish but it lists an Australian warehouse on the website (or did at the time of posting this!) which made me more comfortable purchasing. The skirt shipped out of China, and I decided to return it due to fit. I was provided a return address in the US, and Australia post charges $40 to send it back, packed down in a soft bag. That is half the price of the skirt! I think it is fine to ask buyers to pay the cost of return shipping, but I wasn't expecting that. Apparently the Aussie warehouse has close d(or didn't ever exist.?) I don't like store credits...I wouldn't shop here again as this seems like the more reasonable option.
To hassle to return it not very happy when open it big size not the I ordered size tag in the clothes can't see look like it was cut or rip not very very happy I wasted my money
I've been trying to get in touch to return products and get a label and haven't gotten an answer
I waited over a month to receive one dress and was so excited to finally receive it and was so disappointed by the material. Very Very poorly made.
Made a mistake with the order and I wish they had an option to cancel the order and re order. I had to send an email and wait for response. But once they responded the order was cancelled and I was able to place a new order.
Dealt with everything prompt and efficiently - nice style of dresses
