I ordered two skirts, and one arrived. I didn't care for the skirt, and went to return it- their website wouldn't allow it and I tried to go through their online process several times. Had to contact customer service by email at least 3 times, and they kept having me go back to the site for a return label. It never worked! Finally, after a strongly worded email, a real person answered and said I was no longer dealing with their robot.
It was a nightmare, took my time that I'll never get back, and was stressful to deal with. FINALLY got my refund. Will never order from them again!
Very disappointed. I ordered my dress ahead of time but already new year my order hasn't arrived yet. I supposed to to wear for my party but end buying another dress.

Part of my order did not come despite paying extra for faster shipping. Also wanted to return another part of my order but process is not easy. Customer service is terrible. Will not buy again.
They sent my order in 2 packages and one didn't arrive for nearly a month - after the event I ordered it for. Sent it back per their instructions and haven't gotten a refund although I know the package was received.

I have ordered clothes on the 30th of November. It was written that delivery will take approximately 8-12 work days. Well. It arrived today (31st of December) and I only purchased it for Christmas party. What else to say? Delivery terms is a LIE.
It was disappointed experience. The skirt I ordered looks gorgeous on the website but the zipper was broken. Also the size of the zipper was off. I filled out the review but noticed that Chickwish website only uploads reviews that are beneficial for their product

It's December 31st and I still have not received my sweater ordered November 22nd. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB!
Apart from taking a long time to arrive, which I understand due to Christmas volume; when the parcel arrived the dress was screwed up no care taken.

It took quite a long time for the skirts to be delivered so this should be noted by future purchasers.

It's been over a month since I placed this order. I have yet to receive it. I ordered a skirt and top back in July. I only received half of that order. I will never purchase from this company again.
I bought a dress and need to return it. The website wont let make a return. It is very frustrating. I contacted customer service and they said wait a few more days and try again. Why is this so hard?!
I have previously purchased from chicwish and was okay with the style and quality of the items so I thought I would give it a try to find some cute and fun holiday outfits. I purchased two cream colored tops to wear with skirts I already had and a Christmas sweater. I purchased my order 12/2 and thought surely that would be plenty of time before the holidays. The shipping said 6-8 business days. What a lie. My two cream colored sweaters arrived 12/24 and the Christmas sweater is still as of writing (12/29) no where to be seen or even tracked despite getting a note in my package saying the Christmas sweater was shipping separately for faster delivery, ha! What a joke.
Moral of the story if you need something for a specific date you need to plan over a month in advance if you plan to purchase from chicwish. It took over 2 weeks just to get notice that the package was leaving china. In this day and age a month long shipping window just isn't acceptable.
